Yeah even for the original I tried to preorder the version without the base lol, I don't really care for bases in general and I prefer either a small base or props like chairs or something lol, unless it's a diorama base like the ones InArt are making.

Like what is it even supposed to be? A giant motor-unicycle on it's side? :lol

lmao yeah I always found it awkward and distracting. I like the figure but I won't be happy if I'm forced to pay extra for that base. I wish JND scrapped it and maybe made a small motorcycle as a deluxe option instead (easier said than done I'm sure lol)

Base looks terrible but it's looked bad since Shumi was making it. I wish they changed it to be more subtle. Lose all the engine looking bits on the back end and just have it be round.

I'm assuming that's the silicone version? Want to see how the standard looks but that's looking great so far.

The base was what sold me on the Shumi version. This one looks different, but I am sure if I compare the two, they will be very similar if not identical

The motorcycle is planned to be released separately next year with priority for those who pre-ordered the collector's version.

Wow thanks for telling me, I didn't know there'd be a motorcycle! I don't think I'll be buying the collector's version of this, but I'll definitely consider a motorcycle if the price is right!

ESA (Exclusive Special Addition): Accessories that will be available to purchase through the JND official website.

Hikaru will provide the first ESA of the Girl's Revolution in the third quarter of next year.
Those who purchased the Hikaru Collector's Version will be the first purchasers, and in the case of ESA, the benefits for the first purchasers will be added with more special elements.

I find this more visually interesting than the Kimono girl. I kinda like the bike but how much is that gonna be ? like ten thousand bucks? 😅

Hopefully the bike is cheaper than the 1/6 Medicom Kaneda's bike lol, I think that was around $600 but it has lights and sounds.

Notice for HIKARU Artist Version's International Customers

Hello,

This is James Park from JND Studios.

I would like to start by saying, JND Studios is always open to the voice of our all collectors. Along with an explanation of the recent circumstances surrounding Shumi Arts, I would like to inform you about the new decisions we have made recently.

1. We felt great sympathy toward the collectors who were affected by the events from Shumi Arts in the first half of 2024. We particularly empathize with the disappointment of customers who were hoping for the release of great figures like Yui and Hikaru, and we wanted to offer hope and participate in reducing the impact, even if it was in a small way.

2. As part of this effort, JND Studios helped a Korean buyer who suffered the most from Shumi Arts to get his compensation smoothly. In the process, through proper legal procedures, we also acquired the rights related to Shumi Arts' Yui and Hikaru characters. Additionally, we requested and received a promise from Shumi Arts to faithfully fulfill any outstanding refunds for international customers.

3. During this process, we obtained a list of existing pre-orders for Yui and Hikaru, which had not yet been refunded(It only included Korean pre-orders.) Despite never receiving any deposit of pre-orders, JND Studios decided to transfer these existing pre-orders to our new product in an ethical effort to ease the burden on Shumi Arts and to facilitate a smoother refund process for international customers.

4. However, despite these efforts, it appears that Shumi Arts has not properly handled the refunds for international buyers, as evidenced by recent inquiries from two international collectors asking to transfer their pre-orders for the Hikaru Artist Version. Therefore, JND Studios has decided to recognize and transfer these international collectors' existing pre- orders of Hikaru aritist version to our new Hikaru collector's version.

5. If you can provide us with your pre-order details confirmed by Shumi Arts that you didn't get the refund yet, we will transfer your pre-order to our new products at no additional cost. For more details, please contact us at [email protected].

JND Studios supports collectors worldwide, and we hope you continue to maintain your passion for collecting always.

Thank you.
