Did anyone try to stick the Present/Snake sculpt on the Sideshow figure? I just bought a Snake Toys two days ago...

I think they have different necks...so you can't use snake head unless you shave the neck down of the snake toys version.

HPD would be great! Seems like it’s done but that last figure would make up for missing Preacher and hopefully, not “stylized” at all. I could be coaxed into a 4th figure with the Drifter. Today however, my Munny arrives and my wife has a dental appointment so I’ll be playing Unforgiven while unboxing and won’t hear the obligatory “how much did that cost?” for a couple weeks until she notices it on the shelf.

As far as Blondie, I also love the figure but it looks more caricature than Jimmie’s pic of Munny, to me at least. Can’t say enough good things about Wales though. The sculpt, paint and guns really blow me away.
I reckon so.

EDIT:

Sideshow added 'Limited Edition' to the first photo:

I had to use screen shot to show that image, because if you download the photo (which is in the annoying avif format that I have to convert to something readable) the 'Limited Edition' tag doesn't show.

It's as though the words aren't part of the photo file at all. :huh
Pale Rider next.

Pale Rider next.

They'll likely re-issue all of them.

Blondie was the only western Clint I skipped, but once I had Pale Rider and Josey in hand I regretted not getting him, but didn't fancy paying the inflated prices.

Watching Dean's Munny review confirms him to be the weakest sculpt in the series, though I think he'll work fine in hand. Poor hand selection is an issue, as Dean also noted. He lacks enough useful left grips, so can't hold both glass and bottle, or carry two weapons.

The previous two both had left gun grips...

Blondie has a left rifle grip which is more closed than Munny's, so that could eventually be useful:

Thank you. Yes it is sure to be a munny earner. I only wanted Josey Wales however I acquired the Pale Rider sculpt and now seek the complete figure.

Isn't the only time he actually drinks is directly from the bottle? Right when he decides to stop denying his true nature. I don't think he ever actually drank from a tumbler other than pushing it away at the saloon table prior to getting whooped by Little Bill. Right?

I've gone through the film and didn't see him hold a glass, but the option to hold anything at all in his left hand would've been welcome since for me all figures have a life beyond their source material.

The hands are probably quite specific so not easy to match one from spares. The closest match would be from the previous Sideshow Eastwoods, but the gripping lefts are already in use.

Overall, I'm happy with the figure and think the sculpt is good, but it could have been a bit more gaunt. Dean and Asta are so right about limited hand options. None give a proper hold on the Spencer or Shotgun. The right hand is workable (not great) for gripping, but none of the left really do for for a proper hold on the forestock. They could have done way better on this one. I have Blondie, Preacher and Josey so plan on looking through the "spare" hands to see if there's one I can borrow.
Looking at the "Schofield", the barrel length, ejector housing and top latch are to closer to S&W's first top break, the No 3 "American", whereas the frame and grip seem to be "Schofield". Oh well, not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to get this right....

Dean's review has definitely won me over quite a bit. I'm still not loving the sculpt, but the figure has a nice overall presence and that outfit is just so iconic.

Unfortunately my only option now is Sideshow for $330, and I'm really struggling to see how it would be worth that...

I hope so.

I’m looking at Blondie and Munny close up and I still lean Munny as the better likeness. I really wish they’d done better with mwnn. Next to the others, the facial flaws are even more noticeable.View attachment 733874
The expression is odd. They for some odd reason on these, didn't do a neutral sculpt.

I also, having the 3rd party versions and Sideshow, realize that the sculpt is good, the paint just doesn't....isn't a Sideshow strong suit.
