I’m not much of a figure collector but these caught my eye. For those who have him, Optimus, is it a quality figure?

Some of those photos look great, but those can be deceiving.
Which one in particular? Bumblebee movie? Revenge of the Fallen? Rise of the Beasts?

I currently own the Rise of the Beasts Optimus and Bumblebee and find they are well worth their price tag. Very high quality and great likeness (incredible paintwork). Articulation is fantastic and you can easily put both the figures in incredibly dynamic poses. Honestly, it's breath of fresh air posing a figure that isn't hindered by clothing or you have to worry about the clothing itself degrading over-time (like the Hot Toys Spider-Man figures).

Joints are also high quality; the die-cast metal frame really adds to the durability and overall sense of quality.

Threezero RoTF Optimus is good too, but unfortunately they kinda messed up the proportions for that figure to try and make it compatible with Jetfire. Paintwork is also bit off imo. But it still looks and feel high quality.

I've attached some photos of mine (the head for Optimus is not the stock head, it's a custom) and photos by AJ Photography for cool poses Overall, .I'd describe these figures as the "Hot Toys" of transformers.

I’m looking at the 12” newly released Optimus (I think I saw it was a reissue) from “Bumblebee.”

The big ones look great, but I have the XM Optimus statue, and I like the poses it looks like he can hold.

After a misadventure with a terrible KO Bumblebee Optimus, I decided to splash out on these...

In retrospect, I probably could have picked up the premium Bumblebee Optimus figure up for less, but I didn't like a number of things about it.

Doomed now, with a ROTB Bumblebee is on the way and I've pre-ordered the reissued Revenge of The Fallen Optimus.

I'll always respect Threezero for capturing these designs in high fidelity in figure form which a lot of KOs rip-off or take huge inspiration from. Their only major stumble was in the RoTF Optimus design. I really hope one day they release a DoTM design (in DLX) that is improved and has the right proportions and headsculpt.

Is there any chance DLX Optimus Primal would be made into Premium Scale?

Nice! I was thinking about getting the DLX.
Though they're taking their time making these it's almost 2 years since the movie released.

Took them long enough to announce it but looks like we're getting the entire TF1 cast. Really hope Threezero really knocks it out of the park with these releases. They are facing some stiff competition from companies like Newage, Magnicifent Mecha, Unique Toys, and now Yolopark with their AMK Pro series. Maybe that's why they took so long?

I'm liking what I'm seeing so far but with the Cybertron Con being held till 9th December, I'm eagerly waiting to see how good their Optimus looks in comparison to the third party figures; they better nail the details and proportions.
