It was definitely wait listed a week or so ago, which is why I snagged one on BBTS. Glad to have it secured, although I'm guessing it'll be much longer until I receive it...

Agreed, I meant when I went to pull the trigger a week or so ago, it was waitlisted. Damned English language
It looks like he is not waitlisted on SSC--are you guys seeing this? The blogger photos are so great, and yes I did get a "will be delayed" e-mail before the blogger pic dropped. Weird!

Really hard to move away from 1/6 when HT is putting out quality looking stuff like this. Final paint apps, and casting quality is pretty great here without as much loss in detail as we've had in the past from the looks.

This figure was kinda hard to screw up, tbh. Just nail the sculpt, which I think they did, and it's a homerun. The rest of it was simple to produce.

Although it's a completely different outfit it looks better fitted than AOTC Anakin. His robe is unwearable.

I'd never use that ridiculous looking robe for Anakin even if it did fit well. Just terrible design all around.

Looks awesome. Definitely clone wars specific in terms of the sculpt. Looks different than aotc and rots. Decisions decisions.

Yeah. Glad I jumped on this version. And decided to stick with it after the ROTS figure reveal/PO.
One of the best scenes in TCW was watching him just go wild all over Maul & Savage. Showing what a true bad *** he was... Not just intellectually, but physically as well. Much better than the fights in ROTS.
A disturbed and truly creepy/powerful looking old man, rather than a deformed old man (ROTS) and feeble old man (ROTJ). I also prefer this costume over the red costume he wore when taking on Mace & the Jedi and the ROTS scene with Yoda. But both of those are cool too. And what's better than 1 lightsaber? Why 2 of course!!
