【Batman: The Dark Knight Returns 1/6th Scale Batman Collectible Figure】

In DC Comics “Batman: The Dark Knight Returns,” an older Bruce Wayne emerges from retirement to reclaim his role as Batman as Gotham City spirals into chaos amidst rampant crime and corruption. Confronting his fears and the repercussions of his past, he battles a new wave of foes. "The Dark Knight Returns" is truly a classic that redefined Batman and left a significant mark on the superhero genre.

The heroic image and muscular physique of Batman in the comic are iconic. Today, Hot Toys brings this legendary character to life with this 1/6th scale Batman Collectible Figure.

Finally a comic book Batman! Would have preferred Hush but certainly not going to complain. Hopefully it sells in huge numbers convincing them give us other comic versions of the Bat.

Hope Superman is next.

I’m glad hot toys is being consistent with comic figures tho
Kinda odd though. Marvel characters are getting the lower priced Hono treatment but yet this is getting the CMS treatment under the Hot Toys banner. They’re very inconsistent with how they go about decision making.

Just like the comic Iron-Man before, HT wants to make their money on the popular character first (diecast CMS) before going into the lower priced Hono version most likely.

A little late for Batman Day.... :lol

Looks cool, and I love the Dark Knight, but not the comic Batman I would want in 1/6 scale. Like already said, I'd be down for a Hush Batman. And a Superman to go with him.

HT has a new gold mine if they want to focus on Comic figures. My wallet be damned.

I’m probably going to bite on this guy. I’ve never owned any of the third party or TDKR customs and he definitely fits the bill and seems like a solid offering. Not perfect but good enough that I really like him and, more than that, I want to support this line. I’d die if they followed him up with a Mazzucchelli Year One Bats. That book is so chronically slept on, merchandise/figure/statue-wise and I’ll never understand it because that’s one of the most iconic depictions of the character, in my mind, and it’s perfect for 1/6th…

I'll take just about any comic version of Batman and Superman. Neal Adams and Hush Bats would have been my first choices but this still looks awesome.

My only worry is a few months from now they reveal a blue version with the yellow chest emblem.

Yea I’ll never understand why this story is so popular. I hate everything about it. The design, the story, everything. But that’s just me. Hush and killing joke are far more iconic imo and the one you mentioned.
