Here's the source, official Japanese SQEX merch account on Twitter. Seems to specify it's a "new brand" and Vincent will be the first release under it. Personally reckon it's a more "premium" line with finer detailing and moveable eyes, perhaps other gimmicks that will justify the inevitable price hike.
Now that you've mentioned it, yeah i just noticed on the bg image of vincent. His eyes are looking from a diff angle. its quite possible its gonna have movable eyes this time.. hoping its not just another faceplate

They would be shooting themselves in the foot if they change the scale for this line. There's already a massive PAK line, 1/6 plastic figures? No one wants that. Would be a dumb decision that would alienate their current collectors.

Literally nothing they're showing other than movable eyes is different from current PAK, even how they do the joints is the same as current PAK. If this was meant to be a whole new scale and line doesn't make sense to start with vincent who is one of the missing members of their PAK 7R line.

1/6 fully plastic figures? Ew. Mondo level stuff
I got some mondo stuff, they have really nice sculpts and paint. Their animated X-Men line is beautiful. Customer service is also top notch...you know if they make a mistake they will get it right.

That said when their are some nice 3rd party stuff out their for FF then it's a different story I guess. Mondo chose lines that haven't really been well represented in the 1/6 world.

Whatever floats your boat, I think they’re overpriced garbage though. Same with PAK.

I wonder if the new line could be 1/12 or in line with figma, sh figuarts. That is if they change the scale for this line and keep things plastic.

Looks too finely detailed to be at such a small scale imo, besides they already have Bring Arts as their SHF/Figma equivalent. I would expect it to be at PAK scale or larger.

Details have not been disclosed yet, but if the size is to be increased while leaving the dividing line in place, it is just a price hike, and if it is just to use cloth and call itself SHIN, there is no point in making it a separate brand.

Perhaps it is SE, so the price may be raised but the quality will not😂
Why not just be mature and outsource to Hot toys or Bandai....

Of course, my main goal is GT🤞

Yeah it just doesn't make sense to start a new scale with vincent. They didn't make a PAK 7R vincent yet, this obviously is meant to be that.

They will definitely raise price... rebranding allows them to do so. They could say like more premium paint, moving eyes etc...

There's literally PAK joints in the vincent photo, like that elbow bend, it's exactly like a PAK. I don't know why people are even speculating 1/6 clothed figures. Cloth wired capes are something they've already done in PAK also. This is just a more $$$ PAK.

Prob not but the whole mention of bigger scale or 1/6 is making this whole rebrand something bigger than it really is. People expecting too much, and it doesn't make sense.

I think people are just thinking what's the point of rebranding if they are keeping the same scale...

I forgot, were pak figures fully painted? If not then this could be one of the differences as well.
