Just finished the show. NO SPOILERS. What a rollercoaster. Emotionally I’m disappointed but still had a great time! I have more questions than answers tho. Ending felt kinda rushed. Y’all better buy this figure so we can get more characters. I’d love to have entire main cast. HT gonna be dumb is they’ll stop at Jinx.

Love your view points on this. I think you are right. HT does need to do some tweaking on the sculpts.
I also agree with sculpts needing to be better. This is especially true because what we get will be 10-20% less than protos. That means a sculpt that is only 80% in proto is going to be somewhere in the 60-70% mark when released...ish. They've been doing well lately so I'm hopeful for Jinx. The proto looks pretty good but needs some detail work. Annnnd...Vi, Ekko, Jayce, Caitlyn etc. :)

I'm worried about the seamless body though, I like to pose and photograph my figures and hot toys seamless is ***. The last seamless arm figure I got was Arkham knight Harley, and her arms at the elbow only lasted a few posing sessions before they started turning a different color than the skin tone. The weird thing is I have the BVS Wonder Woman and her arms are still in good shape, considering I've had her since 2017 and I've bent the arms dozens of times and they still hold up. 50/50 chance I guess lol.

I'm worried about it too. Do they use silicone or that weird rubber that tends to split? Did you pose long term or short sessions? I like them posed long term so Im a bit worried. I wish they just gave us two arm sets, i.e. one with joints, one silicone.

You just need to know the limits of these figures. Realism and/or accuracy take priority over articulation. This is even the case with superhero figures with suits.

Whilst they are articulated they are not designed or intended to be posed like a Hasbro or Revoltech figure, especially not long term.

The ideal would be Hot Toys' torso and arms with One Toys' hips and legs. Then take your pick from the sculpts.

Though that still only gives you a semi-posable statue that won't be able to aim Fishbones for very long.

That's where One Toys wins, and why it'll be good to have to both to mix the parts.

The Hot Toys could get away with holding Pow-Pow since her left elbow is covered, so any eventual cracks won't show.

They have really changed up the seamless bodies. I think Hellboy was the test and I don't recall any issues being reported with that one. Could be wrong.

I have the She-Hulk and Hono Brown Suit Wolverine, and those seamless parts are great so far. I have my She-Hulk in a flexing bent arm pose to test it. I'm going to leave her like that a while and find out. So far it's been a little over a week.

Now that people mention it, they definitely should’ve included the ‘pew pew’ hands. A pose like this would’ve been simple, yet effective.

I also think they should’ve included the “Jinx chair” which holds meaning ala cover art for “The Art and Making of Arcane”, and perhaps an elaborate yet cheap (in typical Hot Toys fashion) backdrop dio with all the voices and imagery in her head. Would’ve really tied the whole set together.

I wish they would have went seamless on the legs too since they are going seamless anyway. The joints are pretty visible through the pants and those pants are right on the edge of the joint.
it doesn’t bother me as much when joints are hidden by clothing, especially with knee joints. It’s also a stylized figure in the first place, so even if the arms were jointed, it wouldn’t have bothered me, but I’d rather that because the shoulders look better seamless and at that point, might as well make the arms seamless too. IMO.
