For Feral my guess is that is that it would throw off the visuals of the display having an extra pred of to the side. Other than ripley it’s pretty balance between Alien and predator. Old figures in the back new figures in the front. So could be they just left him off.

Or maybe they wanted to avoid confusion with the movie being called Prey not Predator.

My best guesses anyway

Isn't mms173 the 2.0 already? Hot toys did a CH standard and BD years ago. So if they visit it again it will the third try at it!

I am keeping my Predators classic Predator. I got it cheap last year for under 200 dollars.

I will gladly buy another if Hot Toys does a 2.0 to display Masked and Unmasked versions.

The word on Man of Hot Collectibles' street is that Jungle Hunter 2.0 "is going to be announced very soon...it's going to be at almost the same time as the other Predator's going to be released, the Feral one."

"They're also going to do Predator 2 as well."

I really hope this is true! I’m on the fence with getting Feral and the new Samurai Predator too but I think that’s just my impulsive thoughts taking over

I don't think I'll be tempted by those, but Jungle Hunter and City Hunter are definite possibilities due to nostalgia for the classic designs.

Jungle Hunter and City Hunter would be a must for me. I just hope they do it right. Especially the unmasked sculpt

I was going to add to my previous post that I've wanted a second Predator so I could at least have one of them masked.

I've never been bothered by accuracy with the Classic as he represents a generic Predator in the collection, and it would've been a shame to hide the creature's face.

With the prospect of new figures with presumably improved sculpts my Classic can finally be masked, because that's a very nostalgic appearance too.

Honestly can’t wait mate! I hope this Man Of Hot Collectables is getting his information for a reliable source. Do you know if he has predicted these types of things before and gotten it right?

Hadn't heard of him until recently, and was dubious when he said his source told him that Hot Toys would make Rain, Andy and the Offspring from Romulus if Scorched sold well enough. Rain has since appeared so he may have some credibility, or is guessing.

Some of his latest leaks are more precise as to release times and which figures are coming out early, so they'll be a test.

I don't think it was ever about difficulty getting rights - more that companies are reluctant to make him because he won't be a big seller.
