I believe the supposed e-mail was referenced in a Facebook post, or possibly a YouTube interview Joost did. I haven't documented every facet of this saga but it was mentioned at some point.Not seen anything where he says an email was sent out, so no, that's hardly a shock.
Good on them if they are still refunding the NRD (two months on from the video) - once again showing exceptional customer service and commitment.
And yes, I agree that offering the full refund + NRD is exceptional customer service...though it's maybe a bit concerning that you and other customers are not aware of the option. Not everyone has the time to monitor the Jazz socials and keep up with all this. I, however, have no life.
