I think it'll be fine sealed and unopened, even for HT figures. Bought many unopened old figures before, opened them up and all were in great conditions. Also seen many collectors on this forum before, posting unopened figs and finally opening them to check after years and years in storage...

Yep, thats really the issue. Fan bases all around the world are interested in so many different IPs, but HT is only look at their own overseas market (plus Star Wars, since their ceo is such a huge Star Wars fan)

That's sort of the problem for HT, they some times are ignoring the fan base in the US. Many of fans speculated (overseas) the Tony Stark head-sculpt was only changed after many out cries on a forum post overseas.

I'm kinda worried now that they might release the 2.0 Returns bat as a exclusive of some sort. Since the 89 2.0 batches were very low overseas. And a lot of collectors in china seems to think that Returns suit and 89 suit looks quite similar, so they might pass on returns as well.
