use a plier, put it inside the neck and then open the plier as wide as possible until the neck split. after that you can split it using your hand only.

Indeed. A fragile monster too. I broke the wing flaps hydraulic the minute I move it. Apparently one of the hinge doesn't move well bending the hydraulic. Luckily still fixable. *phew*
