Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

Good point, man. Good way to highlight the lack of logic behind some statements. Some of these things being said like "what does it matter because some people will never be happy anyhow" or "If they nailed the color to what you Mr Walker thought was perfect some other SS freak on here would say...

1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I ordered from CSC before for something that was in stock and it went well. However I've noticed they're horrible at replying to emails. Sent them about 10 emails in the past 2 months asking about the armory and didn't get a single reply. lol.. and i emailed both...

1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

Hi guys, I know I've asked before.. but has anyone here ordered their set from Cornerstore Comics and received their armory set? Had mine preordered since january and still haven't heard a lick from them about it. Called over a month ago and they said they assured me it was coming in soon, but...

Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

Alright guys. Just got my figure. Thought I'd post a quick review. Hope it doesn't open a can of worms though. lol Overall, the sculpt of the body and head is well done. What really hurts though is with the sculpt being this good, Hot Toys could have nailed this figure, but unfortunately they...

1/6 Hot Toys MMS 261-Star Wars: Episode IV-Han Solo 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure

Agree. If they're gonna fix/change/improve Solo and Chewie's headsculpt I don't care how long they delay. lol.. but if the production version looks like the prototype now I'll prob skip this release and wait to see if the Empire version of Han looks more like HF.

Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

haha... for a Summer action flick Top Gun is actually one of the better Bruckheimer films. Pretty fun to watch. Along with the other movies mentioned, throw in 1985 Fright Night and Day of the Dead for good old 80's flicks. Also Goonies, Stand By Me, Karate Kid, Lost Boys, Conan the Barbarian...

Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

Thx AMDman18 and Yankeesfanboy for the input. I'm already resigned to the fact that the paint job is too bright silver chrome..pretty unfortunate cause the figure would have been amazing if they got the paint job more accurate. i think right now I'm more curious with how big the difference is in...

Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

Great review, bro. Your write up answered most of my questions for the figure. Was wondering, the slight purple you talked about, is it mainly on the diecast parts of the figure (deltoids and calves) or do you see it everywhere? Just got a shipment notice for my robo from sideshow. Can't wait...

Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

What's the matter with you man? People aren't allowed to voice their opinions? Regardless of whether I'm getting it as a gift or not has no bearing on whether I'm allowed to speak up. I would have bought the figure either way. And I think I'm also totally warranted about my comment on them...

1/6 Hot Toys MMS 261-Star Wars: Episode IV-Han Solo 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure

Haha yeah man.. but to be honest. right now with this horrible Han headsculpt, the outfit is the last of my concerns. haha... I mean.. if I"m gonna pay $230 for a figure... i would expect some level of standards... like the face at least has to "remotely resemble" the actor, which this HT sculpt...

1/6 Hot Toys MMS 261-Star Wars: Episode IV-Han Solo 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure

Man... this han solo headsculpt still looks horrible, if not worse. From these recent pics, not only does it still not look like Harrison at all, but he also looks evil. Pretty much no redeeming factor here outside of the outfit. I definitely won't get this figure or chewie if they don't improve...

Hot Toys – MMS202D04 - 1/6th scale RoboCop Collectible Figure

Not sure if this was mentioned yet. Was checking out some reviews and noticed the diecast parts had a slight purplish hue to it. Does everyone see this on their figure? I find it's pretty dumb if it does. Cause not only do they market it as "diecast" but have less than 20% of it being that...

    Enterbay Leslie Cheung - Rouge

The actual production figure has a much better and way more improved head sculpt than what you see in the prototype. Just bought this figure recently. The in hand product looks way more like Leslie. It's a limited edition and numbered. Pretty good buy. I give credit to enterbay for at least...

1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

Thx for the update man. At first the wait was killing me.. but now I'm just numb to it. lol... But it still sucks.. have a whole top shelf on my detolf I left empty just for this set. lol

1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

lol... Don't feel so bad guys... I prepaid for mine back like january from cornerstore comics and it still hasn't shipped out yet! called them a few times and they said it should be coming in "soon"... but this was like a week ago. Did anyone else here order this set from CSC Cornerstorecomics...

    1/6 Hot Toys - MMS264 - X-Men: DOFP: Wolverine Collectible Figure

Yup, I don't mind them making new and better versions of a figure. And I don't mind multiple versions of Wolverine at all. I like improvement. But these new, ever-increasing prices are getting ridiculous. I'm personally not gonna get this wolverine out of principle.

1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

I just saw someone one this board picked up their Armory set from Cornerstorecomics. Was just curious if anyone else have gotten a shipping confirmation from CSC on their order? Still waiting for my confirmation.

    1/6 Hot Toys - MMS264 - X-Men: DOFP: Wolverine Collectible Figure

I completely agree with you Darth. Just a few years ago all figures across the board were all only in the $180 to $190 range. It wasn't just one figure, it was all the figures. And now figures are ranging from 230 minimum to 310. And it looks like with this new wolverine with LIMITED accessories...

1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

Yeah bro. At the $230 price range I'm already waiting for sales. lol... And I just checked, the new Wolverine is actually $250 and not even $240, which is already too expensive. But at $250 for a normal figure like wolverine I find it's getting dumb and insulting. It's like we're being taken for...
