Yes, they are in different scales. For example, the Tyrannosaurus and Apatosaurus are about 1:20 (nice pairing choice for photos, although they obviously never lived together) while the Protoceratops vs. Velociraptor is closer to 1:5.

Well, she does actually have a row of bumps along the back starting at the pelvis. Anything more would have been too precarious for an already thin-tailed piece.

This is generally inadvisable. If a dispute should arise, you need to be able to prove the item was delivered to the confirmed address on the buyer's account.

Having seen a lot of reconstructions of this animal, I can tell you that this is definitely a thicker neck than usual, so it's probably normal to find it somewhat distracting at first. A bit like feathered maniraptors - although there isn't as much room for speculation on that - but the mind...

I made the same assumption. But like I said, it's going to look like the same one you saw, only very poorly photographed. But to keep this thread on-track... who else has received their Apato?

It's basically the same color scheme as the one you saw (and beautifully photographed) at WF. However, Steve painted the eyes on rather than using taxidermy style eyes, resulting in an Allo that is much like the Sideshow rendition. Shane offered to replace the eyes for me, so I've sent it back...

Apatosaurus arrives tomorrow, and my Foulkes Allo arrived today. It's a madhouse. Edit: Sounds awesome, Jer. Will it be distinguishable from the original base? In the review photos, people will want an idea of what the original piece looks like.

Kind of funny, since so many previous pieces had that spotty, airbrushed look - though they were usually dark spots. Deinosuchus, Styracosaurus, Protoceratops... they all had that effect, but they couldn't do light airbrushed spots on the dorsal side of this Apatosaurus? I might actually...
