Getting Priced out, how about you?

Bring new meaning to the expression figure shaming. :lol

    1/6 3R Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler (GM645)

The HH figure looks superb, the chair and dio look great to. I think its based on the Wewelsburg castle site. A place that Himmler used to promote his various, err lets say theories.

    1/6 3R Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler (GM645)

Yeah that looks correct, you have that little button under the lapel that you hang it off. This is how it works on my Jakob Grmminger figure.

    The "All things TERMINATOR" thread.

The first VHS player I can remember being in the house was a top loading model, I think it was a JVC. Circa mid - late 80's it had a remote control but it was attached to the player by a long wire. Plenty of visits to Blockbuster back in the day.

Hot Toys Terminator 2: Judgment Day: T-800 (Galleria version) 2.0

An Endo is pretty easy compared to the intricacy of the human face. Cant wait to see how this Galleria Termy looks with the sunglasses removed. I wonder if HT will make a 1/6 Fatboy? Such an iconic vehicle from T2.

Getting Priced out, how about you?

Fortunately HT have not made any figures that I'm interested in for years, so my bank balance has been able to build up a bit. Now they hit me with this T2 triple whammy!

    1/6 3R Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler (GM645)

You have to feed it through the lapel, here is a reference photo on the 3R sight of how to tie it.

Getting Priced out, how about you?

For me its not a question of being priced out, I'm in the fortunate position of having a lot of disposable income. Although I do feel the consumer is having their pants pulled down a bit here. Like others have said. When I first started collecting HT figures circa 2010 a HT figure was costing me...

Hot Toys Terminator 2: Judgment Day: T-800 (Galleria version) 2.0

Yeah my wallet is going to take a real pounding if HT keeps up with these sort of releases. I was starting to really trim down my collection to. Looks like I'm getting back on the collector horse.

Hot Toys Terminator 2: Judgment Day: T-800 (Galleria version) 2.0

Yep me too. Yeah no T1 love by the looks of it! Maybe HT want to see how well the T2 figs sell first. I don't think T1 figs will sell as much.

    Hot Toys MMS774: Terminator 2: Judgment Day: T-1000 2.0

Are we only getting one head for the T-1000? If so then I will be very disappointed.

    Hot Toys MMS774: Terminator 2: Judgment Day: T-1000 2.0

I hope this one comes with Die-Cast appendages, That always bugged me with the original that the blade accessories looked so plasticky. Might need ratchet joints though to pose with the added weight. This release will do well to match the list of accessories that came with the original.

    1/6 3R SS-Leibstandarte Honor Guard (LAH) "Archard" GM647

Yeah, I have never seen anything that controversial about German WW2 generals, certainly not the ones with the German Wehrmacht. Maybe the ones serving with the SS is a bit different. Its all about context though. I remember a story in the news a while back about a model shop in the UK selling...

    1/6 3R SS-Leibstandarte Honor Guard (LAH) "Archard" GM647

I was tempted to buy the new Himmler fig from 3R. I still got the original fig which is very nice.

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

Yeah the HT T-1000 was one of my first HT figs, got into the hobby around 2010-2011, so just as HT were releasing the Terminator figs. I remember being blown away by the detail and production quality. Having only had previous experience of getting 12 inch G.I. Joe figs in the 90's, when I was a...

Hot Toys DX46: Terminator 2: Judgment Day - T-800 (Battle Damaged Version 2.0)

Yeah more Terminator figs by HT is the dream. Maybe just clutching at straws here but I noticed the dio base has a distinctive yellow and black colour on the handrail. Perhaps this is a nod to the scene when the T-1000 gets his hand attached to the rail, when he is glitching. Possibly a T-1000...
