Are you sure? One his FB page members yesterday told us after someone had a minor issue with this release, that Joost and his family are "literally killing themselves to get these products made for us to enjoy" so it sounds a bit more than what you describe.

I think the grain is more an effect of sharpening the photo. Hopefully it won't be on the final product as the Returns cowl is smooth as butter.

It's the rule from Howard - all Keaton 2.0 figures are forbidden to have smooth surfaces. Texture = upgrade.

It looks to be ever so slightly different. A little sharper and stylised in the comparison video that was posted here the other day. Faceplate fit looked to be sitting in more. Texture could be less smooth too but that could be more from editing of the photo. I agree the original was perfect...

I have had this figure since day one and he still my favourite of all time. I have to say the hatch is a non issue really as you can't see it when on display. The separate hands to gauntlet are more of an issue for screen accuracy and that is never getting fixed by HT

That meeting is basically the HT team making Howard watch Batman Returns for a 5th time so they can point out Catwoman and Penguin in a last ditch attempt to convince him they are in the movie.
