Yeah, I can't imagine how "refining" the Hoshi that we now see will save it. Seems to me it needs a new sculptor. It also seems to me that EXO-6 is starting to rush some things. Why not take the the time to develop the initial sculpt, on which people will judge their purchase, instead of rushing...

? I think Archer is one of the best likenesses that EXO-6 has done...

They would need to be pretty big "refinements."

This has got to be the biggest miss to date. Very frustrating! Not to sound indelicate but you would think Nanjin's team could get this one right, especially around the eyes! Where to begin? The main problem I think are the eyes, which are too small, too far apart and not at all focused...

Anybody remember the original Crusher? The hair color is similar. Y'all might be too young.

I don't mean to belabor this, and the production model may be better, but there is something about the likeness on this that just isn't there. It just looks like a different person. No matter how hard I try, I don't see Dr. Crusher in her. I'm not sure if it has to do with the eyes, the hair...

That may be partly the case, but I don't buy it entirely.

Yeah, I personally think that's a mistake—she looks at least 10-15 years younger than she should. And someone rightfully noted that her head needed to be narrower and/or longer. I think these issues are fairly obvious so hopefully there'll be some improvement by the time of production.

This first pic is the only angle that I can see even remotely captures her likeness. The others, forget about it.

Well, because their estimated estimate of "2nd qtr 2024" has come and gone and I was estimating—or at least hoping against all hope—that they might have had a new and improved estimated estimate.

I think, the story may simply be self evident. I might be mistaken but those 2 characters/actors are pretty unlikable, at least in my book.

I'm a big TOS fan, so I really appreciate the TOS figs. "The Squire of Gothos" is not among my faves, even though the Trelane fig does look really good, so will likely skip him. The Gorn on the other hand I much anticipate! BTW, I really hope he makes the new Kirk head bigger!

I have not noticed that much improvement in the releases, so it's hard to imagine that Bones will be salvageable, but we shall see. I will remain cautiously measured if not pessimistic. As Mirror Spock wisely stated, "...I shall consider it."

Interesting, but the price increase is not an issue for me—not a deal breaker. Sculpt accuracy is a different matter.
