What I'm getting at is you're still being calculating and analytical about it. I wouldn't bother -- I didn't when I was young and certainly don't as I head into my early 50s.

And whatever you think you know about young women, grown women are very different and in my experience not subject to generalization or ... uh ... 'strategy', per se.

All women are similar to a degree, they want something they deem worth the chase. They want to play the game, straightforward is boring. To them, most guys are boring and not worth their time or thoughts past a single night. It's not about hooking up with them, that's the easy part, it's about being the guy they remember hooking up with, regardless if you see a future with them or not. You have to be able to get into their head if you expect to have a lasting impression, good or bad. I don't know about you, but I'd prefer to be remembered, whether that's as toxic or charming doesn't matter, a girl wants a balance of both. Make her take a hit to her ego is a surefire way to never be forgotten. Attractive women are used to guys at their feet, doing whatever, whenever. You don't want to be that, they want a guy they're worried isn't spending his time thinking about them. Women spend a lot of time in their head, give them something to think about.

Haha well yes, at that point I'm sure it's a different game altogether. I'm not at the point of renovating kitchens so I get a different side of them that warrants a bit of play. At that age you just want to get your rocks off because you're likely having a headache the rest of the time. The expectancy out of you can be quite burdensome. I like my hair too much to get married.

It's all just a bit of fun, we are under a James Bond thread. As always I can only speak to my personal experiences as can you. There's obviously no rules to it or to life itself, just how one chooses to go about it. At the end of the day they're either drawn to you or not regardless of what you do or say. How you choose to capitalize on that attraction is up to you entirely. Age plays a part in ones views, I don't expect older guys to understand my POV. The character himself plays into the art of seduction though and that's my point, if you have no interest in that then it wouldn't seem like Bond is a character you'd care to watch.
