I guess you're right, he didn't do much "action" per se, but I guess I would just love to see a furry one as impressive as that Hasbro sculpted one...maybe we'll never get to that point![]()
I'd love it too, I've just seen no evidence that it's doable yet, Hot Toys' apes aren't the same, and like I said, I haven't even really seen one time customs do it, and those are figures where the maker can take all the time in the world to get the look right. I imagine there's probably a way to "sculpt" real fur to get that shaggy look, but, I imagine it'd be really slow and prone to slip ups and would take years just to turn out a few thousand figures. People lose patience after 4-5 months, they'd go nuts preordering and not getting him for a year or two.
