I guess you're right, he didn't do much "action" per se, but I guess I would just love to see a furry one as impressive as that Hasbro sculpted one...maybe we'll never get to that point
I'd love it too, I've just seen no evidence that it's doable yet, Hot Toys' apes aren't the same, and like I said, I haven't even really seen one time customs do it, and those are figures where the maker can take all the time in the world to get the look right. I imagine there's probably a way to "sculpt" real fur to get that shaggy look, but, I imagine it'd be really slow and prone to slip ups and would take years just to turn out a few thousand figures. People lose patience after 4-5 months, they'd go nuts preordering and not getting him for a year or two.
