1/4 and 1/6 Hot Toys Batman TDKR Announcement

1/4 Hulk to make up for my PF Hulk sale.

But definately Joker and TDK suit.

Don't forget they're doing 1/4 Batman Returns stuff. PASS on all of their 1/4 crap though.

Too early to say but I think their 1/4 figures are going to be crap for some reason. I'm going to limit myself to one to two 1/4 figures per interest and only from Enterbay.

- TDK Begins Batman
- TDK Joker

- T2 Battle Damaged
- T2 Regular OR T2 Endo

- Robocop


That's it. No way am I getting a 1/4 Returns Batman or Catwoman or Penguin. Not when there will be 1/6 versions. They better not do one or the other with those. Prefer 1/6.

Basically I like 1/6 Batman figures. Saves me money though!

I think that a pretty good business model would be to show off the 1/4 figures with their 1/6th counterparts. You don't have to put them out at the same time, but just announce them simultaneously so that you are satisfying both your 1/6th and 1/4 customers.

You know we might see something where they start developing the 1/4 version, produce it then shrink it down and make a 1/6 version too. The headsculpts, accessories and bodies anyway.

Like, the 1/4 and 1/6 versions of say Returns Batman or Police Shootout T-800 are identical, except for their size and perhaps the way the clothing is produced.

Has Hot Toys ever done a small mask on a figure before? I can only think of the Spirit and that had one head sculpt without a removable mask. (but that could just be cause it was a ____ty figure/movie over all.. lol) Surely they would give Catwoman a removable mask or at least two head sculpts?

They should just give her two head sculpts (like Two face had) I wonder how they are going to work the goggles to go up and down like cat ears or however it's done.

If she has rooted hair, I doubt they would give her 2 head sculpts. they could probably just use a magnet to hold the mask on.
