1/4 and 1/6 Hot Toys Batman TDKR Announcement

Actually, They said they will do Catwoman in an interview they gave to HTC Community. Go on their facebook page for it.

Well that's good news! All I thought they released was the general announcement for figures and vehicles and the teaser for Bane. Was anything else confirmed?

They confirmed Batman (how surprising...), Bane, Catwoman, the Batpod and the Bat.

I hope the Batman figure will be a DX and that it will be revealed soon along with the Batman Returns line.

Void, are you planning on getting all 1/4 Batman figures??? I want maybe a 1/4 Catwoman and a Batman, but I'm afraid the 1/4 figures will make the 1/6 figures look bad

Well, for the first time in months, HT haven't posted an Avengers teaser right after the specs for another Avenger, we can only hope that they might be giving it a break and finally getting to Batman. If not, may God have mercy on their souls.

Not sure, will wait and see how they actually look

Anyway, that interview says that they don't want the 1/4 and 1/6 figures to clash, right? Basically, they want them independent meaning we won't see the same figure in 1/6 and 1/4. Do you really think that will be though? I posted this in another thread but are we to expect possibly a 1/4 Batman but a 1/6 Catwoman or something? I can't imagine they would do that. That would piss people off.


I just noticed Zach didn't post the first half of the interview but that is what was said on like question 1 or 2.

If Hot Toys re-releases the DX02 and produces both a 1/4 and 1/6 scale versions, they're going to clash whether Hot Toys like it or not.

There's no freaking way we will get a 1/4 Batman but not a 1/6 one. Or a 1/4 of any character but not a 1/6 of it... that would make absolutely no sense

What I take that to mean is that the 1/4 versions will have certain features or accessories maybe, which the 1/6 don't
