hmm, how many of you are NOT buying this BECAUSE it's lacking that one hand. If you had that open palm hand, would you have bought it...

At this price-point it all adds up... the lack of open palm on its own might put off one or two people. The lack of open palm plus a couple of other shortcomings will put off a lot more than just one or two people. The lack of an iconic pose plus the lack of posing options in general gives the impression EB weren't thinking about this figure as a larger-than-1/6 articulated figure. Seems they were thinking about it more like a novelty statue. Like a statue that has the 'essence' of being an action figure because of how it's built, but that can't actually function as a true action figure because of how it it's designed and packaged.

its always turned to the right in pics.have EB got a right facing syndrome.the nunchuk pose/scene, is either straight on,or left facing(go watch WOTD BILL ).calm sculpt i really really like.

The price is the price. I know they are not going to change that.
But that open hand palm, just throw it in somewhere, its small enough to fit.

Its pretty much in every Facebook thread of theirs now so they are well aware. Including someone posting a miontage pic of Bruce doing that pose in every movie

The fighting face looks great. Not sure what peoples problem with it is.
Bruce had an almost Jim Carey like elastic face with a ton of expressiveness. That sculpt definitely looks like him while in combat.

each to their own i guess.perhaps its the mouth/eyes?,i'm not overly impressed with it.its almost basicly the HD 1002 ETD face with a WOTD hairstyle,and although the ETD hair suited the sculpt,this doesnt(just my opinion).i DO have a issue with the eyes(gone into detail here and BILL'S FB wall)if EB gave buyers a choice of sculpts,i'm sure the calm one would fly out.i really like the calm one.but wont spend $435 on a 1body no open handed,right facing figure(see all pics) which no doubt will see a body/suit set appear soon from EB,REQUIRING EVEN MORE $ss.

the ht bruce lee's body is a lot better than this...

i like these multi head pic they post but why not the multi head pic for the grouchy sculpt EB ? i want to see magic Chris change all the heads to look left , Chris am waiting

I like the multi head pics also, but I can see some angles not really looking as good as others. Plus I might want the eyebrows a bit thicker & darker.

The sculpt on the far right, in the 3rd row from the bottom, reminds me of the 'Black Label' sculpt for some reason That's not the best sculpt to be reminded of.

I don't know why I don't mind the joints on this figure either, considering how I feel about the EB Rambo. Maybe subconsciously, I'm giving BL a free pass, simply because it's BL

Maybe they have exclusive rights to BL likeness, but have to pay extra each time for individual movie license's? Which I guess they didn't want to do. Cutting corners where they can, & still charging whatever price.

Or maybe something's up, & that's why Blitzway could announce their plans for a BL statue?

I think the grouchy sculpt was always Scuderia. I think it was the calm sculpt that was rumoured to be Rovo Jin. The grouchy sculpt teased earlier on, simply has a superior paint job, but is basically the sculpt included with this release I think.

Basically yes. Bruce Lee's likekiness rights is one license Enterbay got exclusively from the Shanon Lee and Linda Lee. The movie licenses are holded by the movie studios. If it was up to me, i would rather spend less money.
From what Bill explained to me , he owns the exclusive license for Bruce Lee 1:6 &1:4 action figures so Blizway can make statues of Bruce Lee. Of course Hot Toys can do the same thing if they want to but they cant make 1:6,1:4 &1:3. I think HT is busy enough anyways and should man up and let go of this personal grudge nonsense
