I must say, the detail on the Stormtrooper blaster is incredible.

For all the g-naysayers, simply blow up the pics to full size and you'll see what an amazing job AB did with this... funny though how much different it looks between the smaller and enlarged pics...

Indeed, but they seem slow on those lately I'm still looking forward to one for the Anakin vs. Obi-Wan Dio, that's over a month ago, maybe we'll luck out and see Leia quicker. And thank you very much Irish, I can't get hi-res enough pictures

The only thing that concerns me a bit is the strength of the exclusive binders. They look like they are held together by a thread. I'm worried about them snapping in two due to weak plastic...

...or am I being paranoid?

Thanks for posting them Irish. The head sculpt does look quite good but it's still way too large for the body and I think the rest of the head is too large in relation with the rest of the face. But overall, it's a very good likeness.
Sideshow really needs to replace their female bodies with something much better.

Does look better enlarge, but still not worth the asking price. Not a very good figure IMO. Although saying that, I thought the Arnie Terminator 2 figure looked rubbish in the pictures, until you see it in the 'plastic' where it looks excellent.

So this one might be okay, but isn't time Sideshow done something about those joints?

The reason why it might look better in the hi-res pics is because they are so large that you don't see the whole thing together. It hasn't changed my mind about her unfortunately.

As much criticism SSC takes, I think most would agree, their attention to detail and paint apps on weapons and accessories is phenominal, Grievous and Han's blasters are magnificent in my opinion, and Leia's add ons will be equally spectacular.

I am too....mainly to see if the hood is there. That was the one iconic look for this character that wasn't featured in any of the SS pics....Leia with her hood up....I'm hoping that looks really nice.
