The only problem with Two-Face will be Mondo not being able to include his guns.
Unless WB have eased off the restrictions yet. But I don’t think they will have for BTAS merch, since WB consider it kids animation.

Two-Face without his Tommy gun would be a crime. But if they can’t, they can’t I guess.

I think that is why they haven't done him yet. Because Two-Face needs some guns. Maybe WB has eased off a bit. Mcfarlane has some released some figures with guns lately. So fingers crossed!

I think the only reason McFarlane has been able to release some figures with guns recently, is because he’s had to label them “not a toy”, suggesting they’re for adults only.

I’m not sure if WB would allow that loophole for BTAS collectibles, since they’re based on a kids animated show.
I know that technically BTAS is for all ages, and Mondo figures aren’t aimed at kids, but it seems WB can be really fussy about this rule.

However, we can hope!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

It would be kind of dumb (but hey this is WB...) if they included the rule to cover $200+ collectible figures that no kid is ever going to buy or even see in store

Somewhere around the late 90s to mid 2000s, a lost of these companies created useless position and many of them were in HR. Then politicians blame toys for pew pews happening.

When kids practiced in the 40-50s, nothing really happened. Now they blame toys(Not any more), videogames(this is their current thing), and create strawmen.

I gather this is what happened to WB. Even the joker had guns, but I think they had props attatched to it?

I think itf they did 2Face, he will not have real weapons...probably a silly two-tone gun if any at all. I am sure Mondo can be creative if needed, but who knows.

Maybe they are anticipating the filthy rich parents who think "hey this fancy toy with loads of arsenal looks awesome, let's buy it for our son's 6th birthday!"

I wouldn't spend 2-300 on a Lightning Strike Batman by Mondo

They've already done some variant repaints with the Noir versions of Batman, Mr. Freeze and Joker

At the price point I couldn't justify variants. And I think most feel that way. I mean the noir versions on BBTS are actually limited to 1000 pieces each and have been sitting around for almost a year on their website.

If by variants they mean basic repaints like their noir line or crazy Kenner colourways I’m out, too. However, since Christmas Joker was mentioned, I’d be hoping for something a little more elaborate. I’d totally be down for most any of the villains in different attire actually featured on the show. Of course, I wouldn't want them to interfere with their regular releases of new characters too much. Maybe just 1 surprise variant every couple of years for special occasions.

I'm not sure I'd be down for variants either. And to be honest, the only real one I can think of is Holiday Joker.

Holiday Joker seems to be really popular but I don't even think he's one of the best.
I’d be happy to have any of these (Not limited to these 4 characters, these looks just came to mind first):

There might be a way around the “no gun” thing if Mondo thinks outside the box: Kaustic Plastik weren't allowed to include Dracula’s amulet when they released their Bella Lugosi figure due to issues with Universal so they released it separately as “Vampires Amulet” and you could just buy it and add it to the figure. Mondo could do a collection of animated looking weapons and just not release it under the BTAS banner.

Mezco also did that for their golden age Two-Face figure years ago.

I certainly do hope the 'no gun' rule is now gone. I'm sad we weren't able to get the iconic 'pop gun' with the Mondo Harley figure because of that rule.

Also, no guns with the Mondo Joker either, which is a shame.
