Weird that there are curves where there should be sharp edges in a few places. Chest RT looks a bit smaller than previous and neck a bit shorter perhaps.

Regardless this is a great item for those who missed out on the first edition and/or are into battle damage.

Luckily I don't see enough change to warrant upgrading from the previous version...phew!

Does anybody happen to know if the waist grabber stands will leave marks or take the finish off of diecast figures? I wanna use them to secure my iron men, but scared to do so, if it will damage the figure over time. Thanks!

This is great to see, and with the added battle-damaged pieces it's a little easier to justify purchasing this armor again. The fact that this figure has improved ankle and waist articulation shows me that Hot Toys' design team is listening to customers complaints. I'll definitely be adding this to my collection.

Interchangeable helmeted head with LED light-up function (white light with red lens, battery oerated)

Will this combination work??

This guy does look great, but I'm surprised how much the original stands up to it. If the pictures weren't listed as the new die-cast version it would be tough to realize these were pictures of a new figure. The only thing that gave it away to me was the red lines on top of the helmet which I don't believe is on my original and the slightly different more metallic grey and scuff marks all over him. The battle damage is nice, but it really doesn't seem to be a reason to rebuy since I probably wouldn't display him damaged. The base is cool, but again knowing this guy will be $330-$350 I don't think anyone with the original should feel the need to upgrade. Especially since the orginal will take a big hit in aftermarket prices now. I'd have to wait to see side by side comparisons before buying this... Glad for the people who want him and never got the original. And if the price is to high for you, you should be able to pick up the original for a great price now!! :)

Or that the original version had those and the suit was designed with it.
