Oddly I'm actually starting to have second thoughts on the Tom piece, the face sculpt just makes him look so desperately unhappy, and I already have a 1/6 scale statue I'm quite happy with of the Fourth Doctor.

Pah, who am I kidding. I'm too much of a hardcore Who fan to miss this, especially as I'll be collecting every other Doctor, I just can't help but wish they had gone with a different expression.

That is where the "corporate market incentive" comes in when they release other version of Tom.

Really wish they had Tom's toothy grin expression. Nobody could pull it off the way Tom does. And as Pertwee even says "All teeth and curls."

I don't know... we've seen the toothy grin on so many other sculpts. And to be honest, I'd rather BCS (or more specifically, their factory) get more experience under their belt before attempting it because teeth can be notoriously difficult to do well. Also, I don't think that defines him. His Doctor had all sorts of shades. I fully expect us to get the toothy grin head in some fashion eventually.

Would have been much better than this blank expression. Seriously, I don't recall ever seeing Tom looking like THIS:

He was always so animated, even his dead-pan "bug-eyed stare" he would exaggerate his lower lip in such a way that looked hilariously over-the-top.

The Burning has finished... My Pringles are all but finished... My beers finished... How do I stay awake.
Another horror (1932s The Mummy), another tube if Pringles and there's always more beer in the fridge!! 40 minutes.
