Went up to 9% for base, and some cities charge even more depending on what BS "initiatives" were passed. I know Salinas added an extra bit to fund their failed Police department and vacant libraries.

If you posted your info and its no on the updated list it is because you gave me the time from your confirmation email instead of from your order page on the SS site (which gives a more specific time).

Edit: Just remembered EF is from OK too.

Both are good controls... although Coco is the best as we are in the same city. Typically its a day longer between EF and myself as I'm a bit further from a large hub for UPS (about 70 miles).

Although Coco and I sometimes are the same day, other times a day or two apart.
