1/6 Emperors Throne “Chair”

Well I was able to get some work done. I'm finally able to see this thing coming to shape still have a lot of work to be done, but I guess that’s half the fun.

I'm going to start the bondo on this part, and finish the base tomorrow.

Woow Lopie it looks so good. I love the lights, they as sssooo much better than mine. I really like the square ones.

I got the easy part of the throne done the “cushions”. Now for some fun with bondo, and sand paper.

LOL. Yup its glue sticks, and the plastic I used to make the throne is from a Wal-Mart trash can.

Thanks for the comments; I tried to make some blue prints, but half way through the throne it got complicated. So I just started to wing it. But I'll try to find what plans I do have. Like I said, most was done on the fly. Hopefully Snow had better luck making some plans. He’s the Jedi Master, and I’m just trying to keep up. As soon as my camera is returned to me I'll post some pics of my progress.

Finally got some work done. I even got to finish the cushions. I took some liberty with them and gave it a textured look. I’m pleased with the look; however, still have a lot of work to be done.:emperor

I was so inspired by your efforts (Loopie and Snow)that I had to give it a go. So after a couple of sketches off of the old flat screen, of some still frames off my Jedi dvd. I made a cardboard mock-up. I debated in my mind weather I would doccument my progress, but seeing as how everyone on this thread is so supportive:I said, "what the hell". So without further ado my first immages.
