I received mine and the handle bar was broken - broken piece is not even in the box. I contacted Sideshow, they said they have no part and offering me 1. refund, 2. get $75 off. What about full replacement? it is not sold out at SS so I returned it and ordered from other place. My question: I used $25 credit on this piece and now since I returned it, are they putting back the $25 credit? or am I losing it?

Did you ask for an exchange specifically? If the item qualified for a return then it would've qualified for an exchange by their policy.

What form was the $25 credit? If it's reward points or a gift card then they should be refunded.

I asked for replacement or anything equivalent. They did not mention item qualified for exchange. $25 is my reward points.

I think you could've pushed for an exchange in this instance per policy. They should've offered it to you but CSRs can be hit or miss.

You should get your points back. Let them know if you don't.

I checked mine to make sure nothing is broken and put it away until I get my second set and extra scouts. UPS did not take good care of the box but everything is fine. If you got the Mando set you pretty much know what to expect. The bike is very light but a much more sturdy build and way more fun to play with than the Sideshow. I still worry about how thin the upper part of the scout's boot material is, hopefully it holds up. The rifle is a really fantastic inclusion.
 
Weird they wouldn't offer an exchange. Are there that few made?

I hope the longshoremen at the port aren't playing football with yours or mine.

It is weird, and they should've. Maybe they don't have the inventory to go around at the moment. Or that CSR just didn't want to facilitate an exchange and was hoping they wouldn't push back on it.

Yeah! if I replied to them for exchange (virtual option 3,) perhaps they would but I was a bit upset when they only provided me with 2 options, refund or get $75 credit, so I asked for refund and take my business to elsewhere.
 
Mine just delivered. Love the figure. The bike feels fragile. I'm sure I'll break something on it at some point no matter how careful I try to be.
 
Called to hear their excuse for not shipping this almost two weeks after billing (on top of almost a week after billing Chrome Clone with no shipping), and all the girls on the phone said was, "It looks like everything is in order. We're just waiting for them to ship." No sh*t! If both my Scouts/Bikes and Chrome haven't shipped by Thursday night, I'm cancelling all of them. This is bull! My local retailer has these already and he picks them up from Sideshow in person.
 
How did it work when Sideshow billed and hosed people on the Boba Fett two pack I can't remember? Can you request they refund your account and bill again later? I don't recall how long folks had to wait after being billed?
 
Well, I was feeling kinda glum since I haven't seen anyone else post anything about their flex order for this set getting pushed back to September, but it looks like some of y'all are possibly in the same boat except they've charged you in full. ****** regardless.
 
Like many others have commented, I was charged over 10 days ago and my status was frozen at "Preparing to ship", but to my surprise my order for 2x Speeder Bikes & Scouts shipped from Sideshow today. Hopefully others start to get notices as well.
 
Mine box was pretty beat to hell. Unfortunate they don't offer double boxing on these "larger" sixth scales like this, and the Anakin/STAP. Thankfully everything was okay, but it just drives me crazy that arriving in decent condition is the exception to the rule with UPS... Especially when they overcharge for shipping. They swear they don't...but if I shipped the same thing that cost me $19 (example, this cost MUCH more than $19 shipping 😂) back to them it would cost $12. Maybe $7 isn't a big deal on it's own, but over many orders it adds up. Not to mention they most definitely have a business account with cheaper shipping costs than commercial shipping. End shipping rant 🤣

I love this though. I can't wait until they're in stock so I can use some of those 10% off hot toys coupons and grab a couple more. Got another coupon on this order. They're adding up in my promo wallet. Was hoping the Blurrg sets would be in stock before they expire in November but I'm not holding my breath at this point

I have 2 of those coupons and would consider this if its available by november. I see they already added the Vision to the eligible list and I didnt even know they were shipping those.
