I’m more amazed that HT has offered almost 400 figures since the original BvS Batman……
half of them have been star wars clones.I’m more amazed that HT has offered almost 400 figures since the original BvS Batman……
As for this offering, other than the funky thighs, it’s a good looking update and total package.
Hell the original figure is fine.
half of them have been star wars clones.
Seriously. I am beyond sick of Heath Ledger Joker figures. And I love that version of the character but the wow factor of getting/owning a figure based on him is gone. Don't own one to this day and doubt I ever will. And the other third Jokers
But by that logic, to 6' 3" we should add another inch for the cowl/ears. That gives us 12.7" so The BvS 2.0 is pretty much on the mark.Ben Affleck is 6' 2". Let's call suited Batfleck 6' 3" with boots and cowl. Knightmare Batman has it right.

That's a HT issue rather than a Batman issue. HT has never been consistent nor accurate with their scaling, compounded by a shift in using larger bodies in 2015.Knightmare Bats 2.0 = 12.5"
BVS Regular Suit 2.0 = 12.8"
JL Tactical Suit 2.0 = 12.9"
The Flash Batsuit = 12.9"
What the actual ****???
I said to add 1 for the cowl/ears, making it a 6'4" total height, making the conversion a total of 12.67", which is basically 12.7". Ergo, at 12,8 they're quite close to the actual calculated height.Well, let’s see…
6’ 3” is 75“.
Conversion formula for inches to centimeters is x2.54
75 x 2.54 = 190.5
190.5 divided by 6 (for 1/6 scale) = 31.75
31.75cm = 12.5“
Knightmare Batman 2.0 = 12.5"
BVS Regular Suit 2.0 = 12.8"
JL Tactical Suit 2.0 = 12.9"
The Flash Batsuit = 12.9"
It definitely is bro But my point of the post was that why such inconsistencies though. I get it for the last 2 tactical suits, but they should've kept the regular suits the same height.Ben is 6'3 so he was the only Batman actor to be accurate to the character height in comics which I believe is 6'2 or 6'3 depending on artist. The figure having extra height isn't a big issue as I feel having an imposing Batman in the collection again will be great.
Why? The boot sole and the cowl height are the same. These are the only things that should affect the height, other than the weight of the armor. It definitely is bro But my point of the post was that why such inconsistencies though. Aren't the new Flash boots and cowl a little different and bigger? And his tactical cowl in JL was tad bigger too as compared to the BVS one. Specially due to the neck and ears shape. Why? Ah, sorry yes. JL, Tactical and Flash use the same cowl and it's about 0.5-0.75 inches taller than BvS.Aren't the new Flash boots and cowl a little different and bigger? And his tactical cowl in JL was tad bigger too as compared to the BVS one. Specially due to the neck and ears shape.
Agreed, my OG BvS Batman won't be going anywhere. Custom cape and some mods make him a must keep imo.I’m sincerely impressed with ya’ll that are wheeler-dealers. Prior to this announcement I would never have sold my HT BvS Batman 1.0. It’s hands down my favorite HT figure. I’m far from convinced yet that v 2.0 will equal or surpass it. There’s a strong chance that it will, granted. But even if just for sentimental reasons I’m okay holding onto it.
A close second is JL Superman with that beautiful vibrant blue suit. I’ll probably never sell that either because it never appeared in any of the films—Josstice league used such atrocious color grading that the suit looked a teal color. I doubt we’ll see this clean a representation in a 1/6 figure of Cavill’s Superman as the suit was intended to look By Michael Wilkinson.
I might get it as well just for it being Batfleck's final outing as Batman, but that figure would also require some serious mods, in addition to a custom headsculpt.Gotta say though that the Flash Batman is slowly going down my list of priorities. Unless the faceplates of one of these "real" Batfleck figures could fit it.
