Fair enough though I still think this red is more a darker shade as opposed to bright red it's not bad but I can see him using his og suit in a flashback and HT will make a 2.0 of it at some point. You say "should be", but I don't believe in translating 1:1 from comics to live action. It doesn't always work.
This Daredevil is a dark character in a story with a dark tone and themes. I want a darker more muted suit, not a bright red one. It clashes.
Things can still be grounded in the MCU, She Hulk and Aliens aren't in this show, so they're irrelevant.
I don't hate this suit, but I prefer the previous suit much much more.
This is a great variant suit. This would actually look better than the burgundy red DD’s been wearing.

Thank you for your serviceI can agree that police shouldn’t use the symbol because part of police’s job is to preserve life and deadly force is a last resort. But also the skull represents fear from the criminals. So while police shouldn’t use it, you can kind of see the reasoning behind it.
But what is the reason people are mad about the military using the symbol? Their job is to seek and destroy their enemies. I was in the U.S. Army and from basic training on, they drill into your head that you will kill all enemies that stand before you.
Yes it's red, though this is the lighting from the set. On film or TV they edit it, and darken it in scenes so it's not that bright on screen which works. I can only imagine him using the full black suit later.
