Guys, I hate to be the bearer of bad news. But it's been cancelled and replaced by an Iron Alien.

On the bright side, more Alien products are on the way! I just heard a rumor that we could get a pre-order for a Joker Alien sometime this summer!

This figure better arrive in people's hands with a new sculpt that's 100% 1979 Sigourney Weaver and a Jonesy that actually looks like a ginger cat.

This figure has not been easy for us collectors. Add Blitzway GB in the mix for me, with NECA Don and Ralph its been 10,000 years of d'leh, d'leh, d'leh, d'leh....

My guess is that it will look exactly like what we have already seen... my guess is also that she just doesn't sell a lot (pre orders) and they keep throwing Marvel and SW figures in front of her in the production line - in the end they just wanna make money like everyone else.
I hope some other company would take over the license at some point, even if the quality would suffer. Or whatever, let Xensation do a ton of unlicenced figures...

That's also my guess as to the reality of it. And it disgusts me. Unfortunately we're at a point where these licenses are wasted on Hot Toys now.

Think of all of us that has put money down being told it would be released this month to then get email to say it's being delayed yet again. Hot Toys should just call it quits. It's never gonna happen.

If I had this on order, I'd cancel and demand my NRD back. If everyone did this en masse it would be glorious.

There is no "voting with your dollars" when it comes to Hot Toys. Even if this figure was a success sales wise, they clearly have no intention of following through with the license/licenses. **** em'.

It's not like you couldn't still own Ripley either. Just order her from elsewhere when she inevitably goes on a sale.

This is simply never going to get released. How many times have they promised this, now they're straight-up showing "coming soon" graphics and pulling the rug again. The new estimated time will come and go without Ripley being released yet again. If you're outside HK I'd say you're looking at 2018 at the EARLIEST, my gut feeling says this is being silently and very slowly cancelled.
