I simply dont know why people excited with character that appeared less than a min on AoU

Because people are allowed to be excited about whatever they want? And I hope that with a Maria, it means maybe we'll get more lady figures in the future, like Peggy Carter.

Yeah, Hill's reveal definitely signals to HT tackling characters like Pepper, Peggy and Hope Van Dyne.

Yeah, Hill's reveal definitely signals to HT tackling characters like Pepper, Peggy and Hope Van Dyne.

Pepper has supposedly be in the works since IM3.

And hopefully Peggy gets a fig.

And rumor has it Hope is gonna be a big character!!! so she's gonna get a fig somewhere down the road

The only female character I can't see HT doing is Jane Foster - but then again I didn't expect Maria Hill either, so even Jane is possible.

We just got a figure from iron man2. Iron man3.

That's not the issue. It was the wording used in the release.

Coupled with the sheer amount of upcoming figures. With this license, a unique and seperate license from any other marvel ones, they have a pattern.

It's possible QS is at SDCC. It's possible he's not. Can only go off the information currently available. They stated (something they have never done for another film and show) that they will have their entire(didn't say, current, or upcoming, or planned, or partial...but specifically stated entire) Aou line up on display. That phrase is the cause for the questions.

Until we actually see that display who knows. It could have QS and other as of yet unannounced figures. Five years down the line they could do a QS.

When a business makes an official announcement like this the wording is intentional. It has to go thru lots of approvals before they send it out. Plans change. Things can happen. But based on what they have said, the display at SDCC will have their entire Aou lineup. Let's see what is in it before we worry about who's not getting made.

No no, I'm sure no one wants a Jane Foster fig. The only reason I want one is so I can have a Natalie Portman fig, not because it's Jane Foster

Really?
People have wanted a Maria Hill figure since the first Avengers movie has been released.
Also her appearances in other Marvel films and the Agents of SHIELD TV series.
She's in a SHIELD uniform...much like Black Widow.
I like how they went with sculpted hair with her as well,rooted hair would just look bad and it'd be a pain to keep her hair that tight.

Awesome! It's weird, but Cobie Smulders doesn't do much for me outside of Marvel, but put her in that Shield outfit and it's a completely different story! Nice to see this figure coming out.

Also, Mark 45 looks epic with the the team! I'm no photography wiz so maybe ps plays a big role in how these figures are represented in this picture, but the difference in reds between the 43 and 45 has made me that much more excited for the 45.
