its hard to see them through the picture, its a minor one.

i did contacted them, they told me that either i send it back for a refund or leave it as it is lol.
this is what they told me.
"Looking at the photos you have provided, I'm not 100% sure what the issue is with the item. However, as we do not have any replacement parts or items in stock, you are welcome to ship that one back to us for a full refund"

Thanks for your understanding. Let me know if you have any queries.
Ouch. That looks like the stuck clam shell damage. I'd contact them for a replacement if they still have parts. Sucks man I'm waiting on a replacement body myself

Don't have my surplus jacket in yet, but here's my bash. The gangood body was really tacky to the touch, so I wrapped the neck with a little plastic to protect the sculpt for good measure. I'm contacting my seller to see if he'll replace it. Otherwise though, if you're now planning on doing Spider-Man poses (actually a relevant analogy for once) this matches his physique really well. This was fun because I more or less got to minaturize my wardrobe. The converses are awesome too, real laces and everything.

Fantastic Peter bash! Mind sharing a receipt?

Well that stinks...they're giving you the Star-Lord 2.0 neck hickey response...

I'm still waiting on a replacement for mine, hopefully I'll get one soon.

I dunno how the behind the scenes stuff works with sales and stock, but my first thought was as they pre-sold all their stock, they can't swap the whole item, and certainly can't swap out a part. So the option is live with it or take a full refund..

Unless I'm missing something here...

I know some people are against it, but they gotta start making the head out of plastic (like Deadpool) that would solve this whole problem. Theres just too many variables to get a good figure. it shouldn't be a total crap shoot at these prices.

Just an FYI for you bashers out there, bought one of those TTM18/19 slim KO bodies to make a Peter and it's definitely way too big. I cheaped out. Should have spent the extra money and gotten the Ganghood Asian like I was going to but decided to save $20 and go cheap. The clothes are extremely difficult to get on and it's just too big when standing next to Spider-man. Going to order a Ganghood now and use the TTM KO for a Tobey Maguire PP instead since the HT SM3 Spidey is bigger.

Thank you! And for the rep too!

It's a ganghood asian body (KO Bruce Lee - I reccomend avoiding Bubbly Bubble for the time being, not that they are a bad eBay retailer, but mine is tacky to the touch. If they replace it, I'll update it if the second is better - I don't want you to get one from a problematic batch) -$34

The jeans came from a shirt/pant combo which is you can find here, I picked it specifically for the slim jeans. -$19.99

The shoes are found here, they are not as pink as the picture makes them out to be on eBay - they are definitely converse maroon. Also available in a myriad of colors. They have real laces and are not beets, they need feet, which the GH body offers. -$12.50

The shirt is a trickier one - I found it randomly from a 1/6 military seller, it's a SuperMCTOYS Russian FSB Alpha 3.0 Sailor Shirt, I got it half as a test, half because I have a red one in real life. $7

You'll pay a hair more, but all of these are available from US retailers who offer $5 off three or more items (minus the MCToys shirt).

I tried to maintain a low key red/blue combo for Spidey reasons. In total I came out at $68 for what you see above, plus $7 for the surplus jacket I have coming. But I bought while I had an eBay coupon, plus the $5 discount on the Bubbly Bubble seller stuff, and I used the $5 off $25 retailmetnot cash back promo. So yours will probably be a bit more. You can utilize two of three of those discounts still.

Wanted to use the head sculpt somehow - got this idea from someone in facebook.

Seams photoshopped in this one

Fits right in if seams are hidden - is in scale with other 1/6 figures

The original figure

Articulation is very limited - but can pull of this pose in perfect balance

Argh, so just got word from my vendor that the replacement Spidey head has more or less the same issue with the white mark and messed up pattern. They told me it looks better than the previous one I had and they will send to me and it will then be my call if I want to keep or return for a full refund...

Decisions, decisions...because I do want to keep this Spidey, but at the same time I'm a bit ticked off that SS didn't even check to see if the replacement was good before sending it!

What do y'all think I should do?

From my experience with sideshow they are nice and they will help you out but as for checking the replacement. It never happened for me. I went through 3 1:1 scale classic predator masks before saying np thanks and buying a new bbq:)

I would get your money back and just wait for the next Spider-Man figure but then again there’s no guarantee they’ll fix the problem with the head.
