Ouch. That looks like the stuck clam shell damage. I'd contact them for a replacement if they still have parts. Sucks man I'm waiting on a replacement body myselfView attachment 416313View attachment 416314
its hard to see them through the picture, its a minor one.

Don't have my surplus jacket in yet, but here's my bash. The gangood body was really tacky to the touch, so I wrapped the neck with a little plastic to protect the sculpt for good measure. I'm contacting my seller to see if he'll replace it. Otherwise though, if you're now planning on doing Spider-Man poses (actually a relevant analogy for once) this matches his physique really well. This was fun because I more or less got to minaturize my wardrobe. The converses are awesome too, real laces and everything.
i did contacted them, they told me that either i send it back for a refund or leave it as it is lol.
this is what they told me.
"Looking at the photos you have provided, I'm not 100% sure what the issue is with the item. However, as we do not have any replacement parts or items in stock, you are welcome to ship that one back to us for a full refund"
Thanks for your understanding. Let me know if you have any queries.
Fantastic Peter bash! Mind sharing a receipt?
From my experience with sideshow they are nice and they will help you out but as for checking the replacement. It never happened for me. I went through 3 1:1 scale classic predator masks before saying np thanks and buying a new bbqArgh, so just got word from my vendor that the replacement Spidey head has more or less the same issue with the white mark and messed up pattern. They told me it looks better than the previous one I had and they will send to me and it will then be my call if I want to keep or return for a full refund...
Decisions, decisions...because I do want to keep this Spidey, but at the same time I'm a bit ticked off that SS didn't even check to see if the replacement was good before sending it!
What do y'all think I should do?
I would get your money back and just wait for the next Spider-Man figure but then again there’s no guarantee they’ll fix the problem with the head.Argh, so just got word from my vendor that the replacement Spidey head has more or less the same issue with the white mark and messed up pattern.
