There's a low stock warning on sideshows site for the non-deluxe version! Trying to decide if I want boba or the at-at driver

My main hang up is that my collection as of right now is primarily all imperial but sideshows recent quality control issues bother the crap out of me

I've had the Fett man since release and finally got around to taking his fat suit off. And good lord what a ***** it was getting that cod piece off--based on my figure you would have thought the main point of structural integrity for the entire figure was where that one side piece is glued together. Took me about 30 minutes to get it pried apart!

Afterwards...eh. I think it looks more accurate without the padding but not sure it was worth the effort. I do feel like I have to futz with everything a bit more now because everything fits a bit loosely. Also the more slender body seems to accentuate the already too long helmet and view finder.

Yeah that cod piece was seriously hard to get off.

I used the tip given by someone else in this thread and cut off the legs on the fat suit, so the upper body is still padded.

Fett's an amazing figure for sure, but everytime I look at him I find myself thinking I'd prefer an ESB Fett - I like the colour scheme and helmet shape a lot more. I should really sell him before HT announce an ESB Fett, which I'm assuming is a certainty.

I fell the same way. I'm just curious if SS and HT are going to step on each other's toes. Or will HT release a "battlefront" version of the EMPIRE Fett like they did with the snowtrooper?

Great photos Matrix.

I wonder which jetpack is the most 'in scale' to the prop? The Sideshow one looks a little large to me. I was thinking of painting up the HT pack in ESB colours because it also has moveable thrusters (and ironically this would be exactly what happened to the original prop, that started life in the ROTJ colours and was then painted in England for ESB).

Got this for Christmas! Anyone want to be a gentleman and a scholar and tell me some of things most folks are doing to futz Boba, other than removing the fat suit? I'd love to get the neck seal to show a little more like I've seen I'm some folks' pics.

I molded and cast the sand top. Looks pretty good. Feet are not posed properly to fit the footprints but it still works.
