Well for me I'm still waiting for Celtic so when he arrives then I can worry about Elder 2.0.

Well all the UK retailers still have him down as his original release date so but with him being brought forward I would assume he will hit here sooner. I could not rule it out but it usually takes around 5 weeks for us to get the stuff after they are released in the States.

To be honest my attitude with these figure is 'they get here when they get here' so it is all good.

Those are some amazing pics toys210, really making it hard to keep mine in their boxes. I just have no damn space! Really need to get a detolf or something so I have space to put all these guys.

What does celtics armor skirt look like after removing the left thigh armor? Is it painted underneath and does taking the piece off leave any glue residue?

i like to say the Picture are great . but i realy take at the look at scar and celtic dreads . hm
in my opinion . i dont like the dreads they are too thick.
and the beads on them are not as correct in the movie . waht do you mean ?

Are there any real differences between p1 and classic or is it all very minor details? wondering if I should get a p1 if they redo him or just stick with classic. Again nice work on the custom, wish I had patience for such work.

The thing is that although I did regret selling Classic back then I do not anymore. Classic's body proportions and his bio were off, so it was not really possible to replicate or authenticate his neutral yet distinct poses compared to the movie. Classic was a different predator and he just did not give off tat P1 vibe.

He's still nice to keep but you'd have to probably sell him to get new P1 when he comes out. I personally think his height will need to be a bit taller then Classic because Hunter was the tallest P1 ever played by 7ft + KPH and yet Super Preds were played by shorties as well as The AVPs.
If HT are going to redo P1 (and this goes for P1 only) they'll have to take a look at Neca's books.

I think Classic compliments Scar and Celtic but that's all. HT must give new P1 a height of 14 1/2 inches or Berserker height (I am looking to buy Berserker) and not give him short legs and short torso like classic, and not make him so slim either.

Back then I also had a lot of these guys and with the effort to mod you can really bring out P1 perfection in him, last 2 pics are not mine but Endot800's.

The armour is painted underneath and no glue residue, you'll just see him wearing his skirt and it'll reveal more leg / bare thigh detail.
