No doubt the sculpt looks like arnie but it looks like a early to mid 20's arnie rather then the 38 year old arnie that played john matrix in commando. Something about the facial structure on the hot toys figure is definitely off no matter what light or photos are used and i think its that the face is too soft basically. More lines on the face would definitely help and the cheekbones are a little too wide and long and not sunken enough.

Oh, I've seen you added more to your comments now other than "Lol".

Getting the black face paint right in combination with bringing out the facial features is tough. OSK tried and ended up over accentuating the features instead with the recast imo. Some folks liked that one more, but it wasn't good for me. Other people just say "Lol" all over comments without refuting anything. [emoji23]

You have yet to refute anything besides posting "lol...lol...lol." Haha. I've already accepted there's no intellectual conversation to be had with you good sir. It's your time. Have at it.

I don't want to get into a debate here but I will just say this - if you can subjectively say that a sculpt is good without actually being a sculptor there should be no problem with subjectively saying a sculpt is off without being a sculptor.

wow, i will memorise this argument :)

My friend, I've been collecting Hot Toys and 1/6 scale figures for 14+ years, and collecting overall for almost 20 years, so please don't waste that much energy in reading way too deeply into the conversation here, Lol. Obviously there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying that, hence why expressing my opinion that I love this figure should have never been a debate. Lol. I believe it was "P." whom decided to take this to the village ***** level. Lol. Holtrax had a great substantive comment which I replied to with a meaningful response. I think I've even had some great conversations with you as well in the last six months, so c'mon man. I finally picked this figure up, posed it, took some pics, and loved it. Obviously there are going to be people that don't like it or love it, hence the 50+ pages in this thread since it was announced. Lol. My initial comment and very first post to this thread was based on some of the terrible pics and reviews I've seen of this figure in atrocious light on various forums...that's all. You obviously sound like a grown up, so there is a good discussion to be had here in sharing each other's opinions, however your initial response of subjectivity is a given, hence the entire nature of every post in this thread. Just saying. We're all obsessive when it comes to genres, movies, and characters we love, but it's not worth the mental energy to get philosophical or "angry" about this hobby. Lol.

The fact you have to memorize this in repsonse to somone who disagrees with you speaks volumes (Definition: #Troll) [emoji23]. There always has to be "that one guy" in an online forum doesn't there.

FYI...feel free to go back and re-edit some of posts to make yourself feel immaculate and neat. [emoji23]

LoL
well then may be they shouldn't ever try, if they are so blind and dumb.
LoL

Seriously...I commend you on re-editing your original post and adding more than "Lol", but what the f--k are you talking about??? [emoji23]

Yeah because that's what I was insinuating....that they're dumb and blind???? What?! Lol. Maybe your limited intellect has forgotten already, but I LOVE this figure, so yeah there's that. [emoji23]. It would appear that you are actually insulting Hot Toys my obtuse friend. Should have just left your original post as what it was before (i.e. "lol"). That's seems more your speed.

Leave the "informed dialogue" to the big boys, or what is also called...(adults). Holy wtf is wrong with you? I'm speechless after that post. Talk about a re-edit gone bad.

Without searching through all of the pages of this thread, does anyone have a small tutorial on how to line the inside of his jacket with some material to prevent bleed over onto his body paint? Or even just a recommendation for material to use? Many, many thanks in advance but I get little to no luck for searching for things in this forum.

You may want to try and cut a white 1/6 scale t-shirt up so its just hidden underneath the vest.

LoL got the first shipment from sideshow to US customers , took him out the box , strapped the vest and weapons on him and have not bothered checking vest stains, maybe in another year or 2 ill remove it and see what happens
