I’m now part of the club. I really want to leave him in the vest, has anyone gotten the color bleed from it?

Also, what type of machine was he using in the movie , an m60?

Congrats, I doubt HT will ever release another John Matrix figure, then again i've been wrong before. :lol
I have never taken the vest off my JM fig. This a good source for firearms used in movies:

Just got this figure! I'm worried to bend the arms for long periods of time. Has anyone had issues with rubber deterioration from bent poses?

Had mine for around 3-4 years without issue. Arms bent to around 45 degrees. Ish. I’ll check again tomorrow though. 😄

No deterioration (not in a humid area) and I’ve had him since he was released but I’m pretty careful and would only bend the arms for photos. Museum pose rest of the time.
