I agree with the comments about the Commando head though, The proto has the best Arnold likeness but its not definitive by any means. I think people are reaching by saying it looks just like him...
By no means does that mean it's a bad sculpt or that nobody will buy it or it's a failure, i have all the Arnold HT figures bar the DX10 and love them all. Most 1/6 heads have inaccuracies in some form or another but telling yourself it couldn't or shouldn't have improvements doesn't mean it's the right thing

Yeah. The head looks too big to me too. Could just be a bad pic, but I think the issue may be that they look to be using the same size body. Isn't Dolph taller than JCVD? Google says Dolph is 6'5" and JCVD is only 5'10". Not sure if that is accurate, but if it is (and if my math is correct) that means the Dolph figure should be 12.83" tall and the JCVD figure should be 11.7"

Yeah, Dolph's quite a bit taller.
Also, those waists are way too trim. Hopefully a placeholder for the time being.

Definitely. Although it might be one of the best cleanest Arnolds out there, but I'm still partial to the MMS136.
He's 6'5.

Yep. That means close to 13 inches and JCVD a shade under 12. But I'm not familiar with DAM Toys and whether or not it's a stickler for scale.
I'm thinking body upgrade for Dolph. The COO tall body should do the job.

Hope the sleeves and pants are long enough.
He rolls his sleeves up in the movie and Damtoys pants are always on the longer side. There is always a ton of extra cloth tucked into the boots, so I think it will work out perfectly
