He's saying because JC Hong called it AOU Fury. Probably a mistake. After all, aside from his civilian garb, he pretty much always looks the same.

Think he meant a mistake in regards to the movie it comes from...all the pics have a AS stand and JC posts its from the AoU...

Probably. He only removes the patch in WS, plus its the old black stands, not the larger AoU bases. I might sell my Avengers Fury now I hate doing so because I got it for a decent price in the aftermarket (~$300) but only for my WS collection, but now that the real deal is coming out, I could sure use those funds to something else.

You do realize that sling is probably an accessory you can put on him? I have no doubt the arm is poseable... It wasn't broke the entire movie.

If it wasn't, Quicksilver might as well have a bullet riddled torso.

I completely agree. The sling is cool and all but yeah it's be nice to display him with out it

I highly doubt they made an arm that has zero articulation just for this figure. It looks like it's just a regular articulated arm that's bent at the elbow and inserted into the sling. You can probably just pop off the sling and tada.

I showed the first full figure photo to my mom. I've been showing her the accuracy of the new head sculpts. When I showed her the photo of Fury, she had an idea of what was going on, but still asked me if that was a figure or a still shot of Jackson. I made sure the base wasn't in the shot. The slight blur and noise in the cellphone shots sure make it look that much more realistic, like it was shot through a long lens. The hi-res photos will no doubt look great as well, but will lose that slight realism and become too clear. Whichever the case may be, still a great looking effort and a must-buy. Now I'll at least have Hill and Fury and will down for purchasing the view screen if anyone makes them.

This looks good and is the most exciting from all HT marvel releases. I just hope there's more accessories than a stand, removable eye patch, sling, and pistol. Even if they have to take some liberties and throw a random rifle in or something.
I really enjoy figures with heavy load outs and it makes the price point more bearable.
