I thought all hope was lost for a new Fury, especially since he's not in CW. Avengers version is $500+ on Ebay and I wasn't paying that.

I'm betting around $250 for this. Probably won't come with much, maybe a handgun.

$250 seems high! I think $220-$230

That's just a cautious price, $219 would be great but I just don't see Fury being that cheap. Then again Stealth Cap was that price so maybe.

I prefer TWS Fury actually, he didnt do much in AOU if anything at all

Yes, he was definitely better in TWS. I kind of also wish they made Maria Hill from TWS as well.
