Not horse teeth but still not perfect. My main concern is the lack of details. Every tooth should be sculpted individually. I will try to reshape them.

I did some visualisation in photoshop :

Yeah, I was concerned about this, however it seems like it might be impossible to do at this scale. That being said, I feel like they definitely could have sculpted the solid piece they did use a lot better.

Its not impossible. HT just cutting corners here to save more money on the production.

if it was an iron meh, each tooth would consist of 4 (moving) parts :lecture

i hope it's not chrome plating in the end. like captain america's shield.

Not a fan of the Gensizz chassis and pelvis, but if it had teeth like that I'd get it on principle simply because it's better than the 1/4. The stock one looks like it needs to floss very very badly.

I wasn't fully convinced about this figure but that video and Jingobell pictures cleared up all my doubts. It's not a T1 or T2 but he looks fantastic. Articulation is way better than i expected. Preordered !

Incredible! Where can I get this base, does anybody know?

Just go to a gravel road, squirt some super glue on the ground and wait a few minutes. Instant free rock base.

This release reminds me of the initial Iron Man figures, all in plastic, then later upgraded to diecast and with better sculpting.

You fail to mention the 5-6 years in-between.

I'd pick this up if I can get it for under $180... like the Ultron Mark 1 goes for now. Both priced the same, both have about the same appeal I imagine.

Ive seen many different endos from Genysis. In promo pics and in press conferences.

Some have black cylinders, others greyish black and a third one chrome. I have to check the movie

None of the HT Terminators are accurate, not even the DX13. I expect this to not break the trend. :lol

people like you made Butters leave the forum and probably kill himself.

a great engineering decision :clap:slap

reminds me of "T-600" half-skeleton with freely bending "metal" CGI plates that was crawling after Christian Hamster in that stupid movie.

It's not perfect, but I'm keeping my order. I want a 1/6 Endoskeleton on my shelf, and no one else is making it. I guess for me it's a case of I'd much rather have this than nothing. Plus, I know it's heresy to say, but the vast majority of people can't tell the difference between an endoskeleton from T1 and one from Genisys so anyone that sees mine isn't going to give me **** about what pistons are wrong or how the details aren't the exact same as on a 1:1 version.

It would be interesting if someone in the forum could make a new set of teeth for the endo. :)

Yup. The original HT T-800 Endo was good for it's time, but looks like a toy now. Sold it off years ago and needed something in its place. I'll a get the proper T1/T2 if HT ever makes it.

Evilface, the original endo just needs some aclad chrome and it looks 100 times better. Its what I did with mine.

I think this looks really cool. Yeah I'd prefer one from T2, but we all know that ship has sailed.

Oh mine was gone several years and $465 ago :)

Pawned it off when HT first showed the MMS117. Everyone thought they would reissue it in chrome.

I'll be sure to care about the teeth when I inevitably make out with my toy like it seems a lot do here. Otherwise, it's an Endo from a failing franchise and it's all we're really gonna get for a while. Schwarzenegger apparently confirmed James Cameron is coming back for it. So if you can wait another couple years good for you and that's if Hot Toys even bothers. A shame we never got old man T-800. It would probably just need a grey wash but the skin would still be young.

Wait what do you mean we never got Old man T-800?
