The black shoulder sockets look awful.

I was going to order this and hopefully find a pulse rifle on ebay. After seeing this version, I paid like $25 bucks more for the original HT Battle Damaged T-800 from ebay. Not a fan of this "updated" version.

not a fan of this new version either. paint is great but everything else look like a flimsy mess. the philip screw heads on the chest/shoulder pistons and the black plastic shoulder make it look like a cheap toy...

Sideshow :
"We wanted to let you know that the shipment of your Endoskeleton Sixth Scale Figure item will be delayed. Based on the latest production information, we now expect your item to arrive into our warehouse in Jul - Aug 2017.

We apologize that this date has been modified but we look forward to shipping out this item to you when it arrives."

For $300ish on eBay, I'll pass until the hype disappears. Sideshow works out more as I am in the UK. Apparently not very popular in the East so hopefully should dip in price after the hype. Not 'terrible', but not worth the price if you prefer the original version.

You fail to mention the 5-6 years in-between.

I'd pick this up if I can get it for under $180... like the Ultron Mark 1 goes for now. Both priced the same, both have about the same appeal I imagine.

I would have no problem waiting the 5 years for a diecast T-1 Endo. I've been tempted to pre-order this figure several times and each time, I pull back from clicking on that "order" button...

I'm with you, though. If available for under $180, I'll bite and display it towards the back of the shelf... :lol

I believe it's been about 5 years since they showed us this. Guess it's right around the corner.

i still hope for that one. don't even know how many i would preorder instantly. starting with 3.

Nah, pretty sure the whole thing is a redesign if you were to study every part up close - it's not just the most obvious stuff like the chest.

As far as sales, I don't expect this to do well. Hot Toys is only interested in Iron Man numbers now and this won't even come close. This is a token figure that they probably regretted even starting once they saw the sales of the Guardian T-800.

if they tried to give the guardian a Schwarzenegger face instead of MIBIII, sales would have been bigger (at least by 1 figure) :lecture

just got delay notification for this. Apparently its pushed back for July - August. So I figure that means Late July for HK and September for everyone else LOL

I think this Genisys figure pretty much destroys the chances of a proper Endoskeleton coming out.

I agree. That is what is even more disappointing than this figure. I'll pass unless the price drops sharply. Pretty nice paintjob but I suppose that was the one thing here you could count on.
