Nah, don't get one for Ripley, save your money and the space. Figure looks great but it's the wrong alien for Ripley.
How do people tell the differences between the aliens? To me it's always dark and I can't tell what colors the Aliens should be? Are they brown, black, blue or gray? I honestly don;t know. I notice I don't notice every little details in movies, no matter how much I watch.

There are people who can tell you every tiny difference between all the versions, but the simplest is that the alien from Alien (Big Chap) has human ankles and a clear dome.

James Cameron got rid of the clear dome, but those aliens (Warrior) were still people in rubber suits, and had human ankles.

Aliens 3 introduced digitigrade (inverted) legs. That is typically referred to as Dog Alien.

Modern Alien movies are a weird cross between the original Big Chap and Dog Alien.

(edit: actually, I think the queen introduced digitigrade legs.)

To add onto Mr.Tanker the three main movies being Alien, Aliens and Alien 3 there are changes in the dome like the traditional clear dome from 1979 alien, then the ribbed dome is an easy difference to find. Then Alien 3 is like a brown alien that runs on all 4 like a dog, where the facehugger had impregnated the doge. Personally, the dome is the easiest identifier for me.

Is this thing really going to be 44 cm tall? that's absolutely massive compared to the Warrior Xeno from last time.

From what I remember reading various articles about the Xenos (don’t quote me on this), they were made in dark blue and filmed according to the lighting conditions on the set. The Dog Alien was (?) a puppet when Alien 3 was filmed and the dome colour on the head was another factor that you can tell from what @DeboDillon has mentioned.

NECA’s Alien(s) [including the Predators] line up was quite accurate and especially the Marines (plus subsequent characters) that where done before they switched gears fairly recently.

-Alien black
-Aliens medium brown - lighting made them look blue
-Alien medium brown
-Alien resurrection medium brown
-AVP Dark grey
-AVPR Dark grey
-Alien Covenant dark brown
-Alien Romulus black

Note he queen is always blue and the predalien is a cream beige similar to a predator

Sometimes its hard to see clearly in the films but behind the scenes always shows it.

That looks more like someone under the Chaos Magic that that has joined the Night Sisters from Dathmir and wants to give more fear into those poor unfortunate souls @xipotec.

There the debate again. I don't care what the prop color was, if they filmed as blue, then they are blue
Definitely not. There are many scenes in Aliens where you can see their proper colour, under flashlight etc. They don't really even look blue at all in general. They're not Smurfs, stop getting it wrong.

Well this was 1990? I have definelty seen them using a lot of older designs that a visible in the behind the scenes stuff for the making of the PT.

Alien costumes straight from the 1986 film. They were not filmed as blue but some blue lighting changed their (and everyone else's) appearance in other scenes.

You still want to debate the colours on the Zenos @xipotec? Then you can blame Randy Falk at NECA for making incorrect colours on their Alien(s) [and what ever franchise they which to choose to branch out to for the lineup] and then spread it out to HT for making incorrect Zeno colours.

Heck… They can make one in Mustard Yellow, fermented Kimchi tone and you will still be squawking about it being incorrect.
