Currently watching the series and it's as wacky as the film, so I may get this to bolster my Suicide Squad.

Swing and a miss. This could have been a no-brainer:

• Seamless muscly arms
• Multiple helmet switch outs (e.g. Human Torpedo, Scabies For All, etc.)
• Dove of peace shield
• Goff in a jar.

Really hope HT pulls a Doc Ock and brings this one back to the drawing table.

Very weird choice of sculpt for sure. And just using the Bane/Ganghood body is pretty lazy. Torso might be different but hard to tell and I doubt they’d make the effort

The headsculpts are unfortunately so scene specific. How are we not getting just a regular John Cena hs without the helmet?

Also people are going to cry about those exposed arm joints..

Love this body on figures, the single ball-pin elbow is a great compromise between aesthetics and poseability.

But yeah, the choice of expression is a disaster. You can't make it work without a dynamic pose and those are difficult to pull off in a natural way. Plus you alienate the vast number of fans who prefer museum poses. A stern, determined expression would've worked with almost any pose.

I was so hyped to get my first DC figure from hot toys…. And then I realized there wasn’t a neutral face.
Seems great otherwise. I was so excited

I went to bed thinking "boy, they surely will reveal the NWH Spider-Men tomorrow, or maybe Battinson". And I got... this. It's not even that I'm against them doing Peacemaker, it's just that they came out with this. And right now, when they're so far behind. They'll still charge 250$ for it too, when it comes with virtually nothing. I have to say, HT is being good to my wallet, that's for sure.

Like a lot of people, HT probably wasn't expecting the series to be nearly as big a hit as it was, which is why they clearly put so little effort into the figure.

Hot Toys will be lucky to sell 10 of these. Totally their own fault. All they need to do is read the comments here and on FB.

WB was probably involved as well knowing their super decision making qualities........

No neutral head and faceplates is a bummer. I really want this so I really hope HT add them.

Watch SooSoo announce theirs soon with everything it should have and then HT announce they're adding it.

Come on HT you added a sculpt to Mysterio, this needs more work. It could be perfect!

Is it just me, or have Hot Toys sculpts been taking a bit of a dip in quality as of late?

Might it have something to do with the fact that they‘ve mostly been releasing masked figures, or that they are rushing them out a bit too frequently?
