1/6 Hot Toys Rogue One: DEATH TROOPER Specialist (Deluxe)

Sorry for asking something that has probably been discussed to death before, but...

The regular Trooper has all three guns (blaster, Death Trooper Blaster and DLT-19 long range blaster), but no pouches or pauldrons.
The specialist Trooper has two guns (blaster and Death Trooper Blaster), pouches and pauldron.
And the deluxe specialist Trooper has two guns (blaster and DLT-19 long range blaster), pouches, pauldron, doll and special stand.

Is that it?

That's correct.

In addition to that, the regular DT and DT Specialist deluxe have rangefinders on their helmets. The standard DT Specialist does not.

Well apparently he released today in HK. Or at least to local photographers that they tend to use to take additional shots of the figures. They're all on HT Facebook.

I normally order direct from hk but or ordered this from sideshow as I won't be back there for a few months. Can someone tell me how long it is until sideshow start shipping after initial release?

Cheers for that, now I am undecided as I know Il have to pay around £40-50 customs fees to get it after uk customs have held it for as long as they have it held and charge me for the pleasure.
Or get it sent direct from hk, low value gift and lose the $25 dolllars deposit.
Might contact sideshow see if they'll Waive it as a one time gratuity

These guys are not Japanese. I still watch their reviews even though I don't speak Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin). These guys showcase some cool figures at least......

Now the rangefinder looks like a white light, not green.

I think that's their lighting hitting the weathered silver area. The light shouldn't be coming from the area.

All of those guys in that video work for other toy company's that make 1/6 scale figures . ACI , threezero and Enterbay ex . I really enjoy watching them .

Sorry, yes you're right. I had Japan in my head from the various kit models I have bought from Japan. They love toy stuff. I stand corrected.

Yeah, I also decided to stick with the deluxe after seeing the pictures -- even though these do look great all stripped down. I just can't pass on all the gear as an option. Hopefully the gear is removable for that option.

I'm of exactly the same thought War Gar. Cool to get all the extra stuff. But standard (non specialist) trooper does look good.

My dilemma is what happens if they release Krennic ?? Do I stick with this guy ? Will it work with him on his little diorama and Krennic beside him ??

I really like to make these decisions difficult for myself !!

Well Krennic was with regular and specialists so he certainly could go with either. I also hope for a Krennic. I'm still uncertain if I will pick this up at all without him. If I do, it will be the specialist deluxe. Hope to pick up the missing gun loose.
