I think some of you may spend too much time on social media looking at customs. I would just like to remind you these are the best mass produced 1/6 figures in the known Universe. (Read that last sentence again please)

Because sometimes we can lose touch.

I'm seeing it all over the DC section today. This/that sculpt is garbage yada yada.

When IRL - your friends and family that appease your crazy addiction will think it is amazing and you're high for wanting more. They are thinking of all of the adult stuff they could buy with that 'measly' HT money let a lone freaking cu$tom cash.

I mean the sickness for a perfect Ledger Joker has been going on for 15 years now

I get it, criticism and competition often moves things forward. But sometimes it may be best to sit back, reflect, and think "damn, I'm pretty freaking blessed."

I think some of the criticism is based on the fact that Hot Toys can do better, but for some reason, they tank certain sculpts. I am not a conspiracy theory guy but I think there is enough evidence they tank certain products, either because they know the character can be re-released down the road to double dip or maybe because the character is not popular. If I was getting this stuff for free, then yes, I should be feeling blessed. But these things cost hundreds of dollars.

This is extremely unlikely to get an Artisan treatment unless she lands on another huge role in the future and HT is doing an Artisan edition of that character first. My point is HT only does Artisan editions of huge draw characters because of high development costs, hence they want to reuse the same sculpt many times. This is a one and done from an unpopular movie. I don’t think it will happen unless her career shifts to high gear.

This figure looks really good, the improvements to the sculpt have made a huge difference. Even though I agree that the hair could be more detailed, overall this is a very solid release.

Although I think her feet seem a bit too big, I am glad that they have that bend at the toe, should help those who like to use more dynamic poses (not me I’m boring).

Anyway, the more pics I see of this, the happier I am that I ordered one.

This figure is sold out everywhere! - I don't mean the JND "Sold Out" either - this is nowhere to be found. Apart from Hot Toys special editions or Artisan figures, I almost never see a figure like this selling out. I'm impressed.

I can understand it though, knowing that DC has recast Supergirl, and this is the only time we'll ever see this actress in a figure format - at least as Supergirl, makes this figure extremely special.

ToysBuyingAgent has been around for a long time. They are trustworthy.

OneMansHobby is new, but is the website of a person who has bought things for people in Facebook groups, so getting a bit more official. In other words, trustworthy person.

Figure looks great but not for me. I agree with others that the lips need to be darker and eyebrows need to be a bit fuller/darker.

But, if I wanted this version of the character, I'd be happy with this.

For everyone assuming this will be available on huge discount or Sideshow give aways a year from now, didn't Hot Toys cut edition sizes recently? I doubt they'll continue over produce figures to levels we've seen in the past.
