I guess it's just me but when they say to expect to see something "real soon", I expect to see it pretty soon.

Not talking about going up for PO, but displaying it at a show.

I'm the same way. I find most of the netflix characters (Luke Cage, JJ and most likely Iron Fist) to be lacking in the costume department. DD has a costume but LC is dull as all hell and so is JJ. Not sure I care to spend $250 for figs of civillians. As far as the no-show punisher fig...they may be waiting for his own show to start.

I think it's a little unfair since DD had two seasons already while the rest just started or hasn't even started yet (Iron Fist/Punisher).

Maybe we should wait before knocking the costume department out.

From what I remember, DD had a terrible costume too with that black bandana that hung a little too low..

Tighter fit probably makes for zero articulation, look at Stealth Cap.

baggier suit is accurate to the latter half of the show, which this version is based on.

I prefer the earlier suit at the beginning of season 2.

Now now, Luke Cage in the comics is basically jeans and a yellow shirt and Jessica Jones is basically what we got in the comics. It would be in horrible taste if they used her Jewel costume, which there was an Easter egg off.

Iron fist on the other hand if they don't have something remotely close to this:

I finally broke down and pre-ordered this. I've managed to avoid buying any HT Marvel figures thus far. I was close to pulling the trigger on Deadpool, but Daredevil.... my favorite comic book hero and an awesome show to boot? Yep, have to have this one.

This. I completely agree with this.

Jess and Luke may have civilian wear, but it's like...THEIR outfit. I dunno how else to explain it. The leather jacket with the jeans and boots. If you saw someone wearing those clothes, you'd know exactly who it is. Especially when people cosplay as them. Hell, you can say these college chicks look like Han Solo. I dunno, they may just be civvie clothes, but I feel they're distinct outfits in a sense.

If they came out with a Man Without Fear Matt, it's basically the same thing.

I agree, Iron Fist needs a costume, though I am willing to be flexible on the interpretation. But, his story does lend itself for something unique as he could wear something ceremonial the mystical city of K'un-L'un, or at least in part.

I'm fine with Luke Cage in plain clothes, and it looks like he will have a yellow T-shirt in Defenders. Perfect.

I would love a figure of Cage like that with a removable hoody in just the yellow T, and it would also be cool to have the hoody filled with bullet holes for when he has it on.

The main problem with Elektra is that goofy outfit they gave her. I understand they wouldn't want to go with the red one-piece bathing suit look from the comics, but the TV version of Elektra looks like she's dressed to head out for a nice lunch date with friends. The cowboy bandit kerchief just looks silly.
