OMG!Ha! 😆
I've always liked the gesture of the other crew member on the far left...he's like "Ah, who is this guy?" Lol.

Thanks @Asta! Oh man, now I'm hearing the quotes... “I don’t even have any good skills. You know, like nunchuck skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills. girls only want boyfriends who have great skills!”

"Yeah, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join 'cause I'm pretty good with a bo staff."

:lol

I really, really hope it's that.

The "book" part to me was Boba's part of the wider Mandalorian story (ie his part in the Mando show world,) not necessarily the "A to Z of Boba Fett's whole life."

TM isn't the strongest of actors and I never really thought he could carry a whole series as the lead so maybe there will be significant flashbacks to earlier BF stories and other actors playing Boba in years much earlier. Maybe with that title "book of" it's sort of an anthology series with TM as Boba only 1/3 of the time, so we see him in various adventures at different ages.

:rotfl
You've made goods points TB.

Another old show that relied heavily on a similar premise by the use of flashbacks, to great effect, was the 1972 tv series Kung Fu with David Carradine as... "Kwai Chang Caine, a Shaolin monk who travels through the American Old West, armed only with his spiritual training and his skill in martial arts, as he seeks Danny Caine, his half-brother."

It could be a very compelling form of story telling by filling in the missing pieces of the past, while he's off on new adventures. And, it donned on me... we have also been exposed to Mando's back story throught the first season by a similar flashback style.

What would JFDF do? It will be interesting to see how they approch Boba's character who has such a rich history, while providing him with an arc that moves his development forward, as just a simple man trying to make his way in the galaxy, among other things. 😉

Honestly, with John & Dave, I think it's in good hands.

Can't agree here. His roles in the West have never given him much to do but watch Once Were Warriors to see his acting ability.

While I really like this set, with the show coming out, and the inevitable figures, I’m not gunna feel pressured into this atm.
But it’s def one I’m keeping a eye on, and might go for, ima have to see what damages Marvel stuff and the bad batch/clone wars will do first.

The West - you mean western world? And OWW is close to 30 years ago now (he's a bit more hammy - literally and figuratively - these days). To me he's a decent supporting guy, just not the lead of series, but we'll see.

Then this is the perfect role for him. BF was never much of a conversationalist and they should stick to that.:lol Plus he should have the helmet on most of the time anyway.

As far as stories go, I know it's a stretch but I'd love to see a flashback of BF working for Vader. I gave up on trying to keep track of what's canon or not a long time ago, but I know there were times when Fett worked for Vader other than tracking Solo and the Falcon.

So why want to be kind of a ruler? I thought he liked to be a merc, a bounty hunter. I hope this triggers the Bounty Hunter's Guild and Boba goes to war with them.

Sold out at BBTS days ago..surprised SS still got both versions up ..maybe people are avoiding SS because of the high shipping costs or they are waiting for better versions when BOBF releases next year :dunno

This isn't going to sell out at Sideshow for a while, stores like BBTS etc. don't get a lot of stock from Sideshow. It means nothing.

That's exactly it. Younger stunt double and he just has to worry about voice acting 70% of the show. Win-Win.
