You know what dawned on me this morning - does @CREG Customs still frequent these boards? I know Dean Tolliver had just done a Mace Windu sculpt, one I'm going to pick up sometime early next year, so he's open to doing Star Wars. I wonder if he'd do a run of Sinker sculpts, has he ever done a Clone before? I'm sure there'd be at least a handful of people who'd pick one up, everyone always likes those Clone sculpts.

Would be nice to have Sinker and Wolffe next to each other with their buckets off.
I have actually considered doing a clone head then offer a lot of the more popular variants. I assume you guys would want a realistic version correct? Not stylized like the series….

Oh boy...let the debate begin...

I'm going to take a guess that most people would want the realistic version of the head. There's a debate raging over in the Wolffe thread right now going over the inaccuracies on the helmet. The people that are upset about the inaccuracies want 100% realism, and those that don't care about the inaccuracies are just happy to have Wolffe coming out. Point being, no one is campaigning for the animated style - it's "need 100% accurate realism" versus "hey! realism!".

In my opinion - Hot Toys have always looked like a real person on the shelf, and the Clones would stand out if they looked cartoony...not in a good way.

I think a generic Clone head would be a great start because it could serve well for figures like Vaughn and Comet that we never saw without their helmet in the series. Even Fox, if people get the Phase II version they keep asking for. Then a Sinker sculpt also probably makes sense since Hot Toys is literally making the figure without his sculpt, so that might be a good way to bring people in for both a generic Clone and a named Clone.

I got like a dozen of the 501st.

Occasionally from time to time I gaze deeply into my very soul doubting my existence in this universe. Why would I spent shjt tons of $$$ into these soulless and meaningless plastic dollies...

LOL, a fine question. I will say that every morning when I walk down to my basement/collection room, I start the day with a smile. Now, a dozen 501st? i don't have the space for that anymore, but that's definitely something I would appreciate as I remember having maybe 10 of the original Kenner stormtrooper figures as a kid and loved setting them up like a batallion!
